Poshmark - Very poor experience
2 comments
I purchased an expensive David Yurman ring - which POSH authenticated prior to shipping it to me .. the ring swallowed my hand so I resold it on their site, which is exactly where I bought it - they now claim itโs NOT authentic and canceled my sale and suspended my account ..
so Iโm out the money I paid when I purchased the ring - THE RING THEY AUTHENTICATED! THERE IS NOT A NUMBER YOU CAN CALL FOR ANY HELP - DONโT TRUST THEM WHEN IT COMES TO JEWELRY PURCHASES AS THEY DONโT SEEM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FAKE AND AUTHENTIC!

You are complaining about the wrong company. This should be about PoshMark, not Perfectly Posh.
Get it in writing. Pair it with the documentation from the purchase which I'm sure you still have neatly tucked away in a file drawer under "J" for jewelry.
Something tells me you have put nothing in writing and have relied only on telephone calls, e-mails, or crying to some minimum wage clerk at the store. Blow the complaint, get no results.
You should complain in writing, with copies of all documentation and serve it via Certified Mail return receipt requested. Just the facts and your preferred remedy with a 7 business day window offered for reply.
