Poshmark - Unprofessional and rude sellers under 18 years of age
I have had good buys that arrive on time no problem. However I had one bad experience and I feel as though it might be because PM lets 13-17 year old girls sell on their site.
I had bought an item from a @sadierayyyy I commented under the item when she would ship it because I really wanted it to arrive during the weekend. After days of checking the status of that order with her she had canceled it, never responded to my comment or at least let me know she was going to cancel it, so rude. And i think she resold it or kept it because its now listed as sold. I would not be as annoyed had this seller at least spoken to me like an ADULT.
If you don't know how to speak to your customers then do not sell on the internet. Currently bought an item from someone new, she lied and said she was going to ship it the night I purchased it just so I would buy it. I messaged her again asking when it will be shipped, shes told me shes already dropped it off at the post office but I have not received a tracking number or anything so I feel like shes lying to me again and buying herself time.
This is annoying. If sellers could keep their word, that would be great :-)
