You have reached out to "Poshmark Support" for a resolution to your obvious problem.
As you were typing to Poshmark Support, you had a feeling of vindication , a sense of relief. You were thinking: "Poshmark Support" is going to help me.(!)
An email finally appears... you feel happy. You open the email and start reading....
two, three, four sentences in.... "Wait. What?". Maybe they don't understand my problem!?
There is No: " We will rigorously look into the matter.
We value you as a customer." Or: "This is completely our oversight. We will immediately issue a refund."
