I purchased a jersey months ago and the seller sent me the wrong item. I was told i had to send it to the rightful owner and my item was on the way to me.

Low and behold, 4 months later, I still have no jersey and I'm out $30. I've contacted poshmark numerous times and I've been ignored each time. I will never buy off poshmark again and I will discourage anyone i know from trusting them. I also will discontinue my "closet" and stop selling clothes.

If this is how they treat their buyers (their source of income), how do they treat those selling through them?

Very disappointed and annoyed. Customer service is a joke, this company is a scam, and i will NEVER give them another penny of my money.

Product or Service Mentioned: Poshmark Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Dont do it - they will rip u off, Never again.

I didn't like: Unable to contact customer service, Counterfeit and scammers, No adherence to stated customer service.
