Poshmark - Sold me some shoes that were definitly the wrong size and they refused a refund
I was looking for vintage 50s and 60s pump. They advertised size 9.
I have been in a size 9 for years and ordered the shoe. When the shoe came, size 9 was written on the bottom, but was clearly NOT a 9. I couldn't get my feet in them. The shoe they sent is an 8.
I asked for refund upon receiving them and they refused. Told me maybe I can sell them. ***
I wish I had read the reviews before I bought. I was first on EBAY and when I clicked to buy it wet to Poshmark.
If you see it on EBAY don't buy it if it takes you to the Poshmark site.
I don't have $65.00 to waste on a shoe I cannot wear.
I am disputing the purchase with my credit card company. *** DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!*** ZERO RETURN POLICY EVEN IF IT IS THER MISTAKE.
Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Yeah, Iโm with the last anon poster on this one. If it says 9 on the shoe..
ESPECIALLY if the seller is not a 9, how in the *** would they know itโs not a โtrue 9?โJust answer that for me w a response that makes sense please. Iโve had my problems w posh, however... when returning something.. although the process is slow, Iโve never had a problem.
If they arenโt refunding you.... itโs probably because the shoe was listed as a 9 and IT SAYS 9 ON THE SHOE. If you read the refund terms & conditions...fit is not a valid reason for refund. Buyer beware.
YOU should know, not all shoes run the same...
that research is YOUR due diligence before purchasing on a site like that...esp @ $65.00! I am Totally with the seller on this, Iโd tell you the same thing
I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from Poshmark. I have shopped on EBAY and never ever had a problem.
In fact, I though I was purchasing shoes from EBAY and it was switched to Postmark. The shoes I received were listed as new and the pair received were clearly worn, plus the size was not as described on my order. Very disappointed - and they refused to send me a return label to return shoes to seller.
This was a recent purchase - May 14, 2018. I will never purchase from this company again!
Order date: May 14, 2018.Poshmark also sold me a pair of shoes advertised as new size 8.5 and I received a worn pair of shoes size 8. They refuse to issue me a refund.
I have sent them photos of shoes I received with size 8 clearly on the bottom of shoe. What I have a problem with is that you can't talk to a live person.
This is why I always use PayPal. They have always refunded my money when I wasn't satisfied with a purchase.
Poshmark is individual sellers just like ebay. Not a store. If the shoe says size 9 how would the seller list it as anything but?Brands can be slightly skew you should know your brand before you purchase.
