Watch was received by the authentication center and approved as authentic however they noted an issue with the watch as the battery being dead. We always pull the dial on high end watches so as not to wear down the battery for our buyers, all they wouldve had to do is push the dial in to see that the battery was brand new and in perfect working condition.
Instead they told the buyer the watch didnt work... there was no way to respond or notify poshmark that this was a simple oversight from their team of not understanding that the dial just needed to be pressed.
Lost out in a four figure sale. This is the third time something like this has happened with poshmark being unable to understand best practices of high end products.
User's recommendation: Sell privately!
Monetary Loss: $1400.
Preferred solution: Assurance that in the future I don’t loose out on a four figure sale because of lacking competence. This isn’t the first awe they’ve messed up. Doesn’t feel professional. .
