Seller acknowleges that she listed item incorrectly, Poshmark still refuses return or refund.
I bought a pair of shoes that were listed as NWT(new with tag). When the shoes arrived they were worn/ well used.
I asked to return them and sent a comment to the seller who said she never intended to list the shoes as new. She said she must of click the wrong thing. I don't know anything about selling on Poshmark. BUt if the seller says a mistake was made in listing an item, how does Poshmark ask you to prove anything.
The seller admits making a mistake and the buyer(me) says the shoes were listed as new. Horrible customer service, buyer beware! I will be filing as many complaints and negative comments as possible about this experience. I have been buying and selling on Ebay for years.
My rating is 100% satisfaction as a seller and buyer. I am really upset about the so call investigation that was conducted by Poshmark. The comments are out there on the listing that a mistake took place.
Poshmark has only to look at the listing and the comment by the seller and me. I guess that would be too much trouble.
