I was/am a seller and buyer on Poshmark. I sold a pair of men's Gucci web slides, but they were the wrong size, so the buyer wanted to return them.

Fine. Then Poshmark goes on to tell me that my item is counterfeit and that they would not return them to me unless I got them authenticated. They also would not tell me why they thought they were fakes. I go ahead and get them authenticated and the results are that they are 100% authentic.

I send this to them, and they continue to just ignore me.

I want my item back. They will not respond to me.

The advertised listing was misleading. I received the wrong color backpack.

The listing had 5 pictures of a teal backpack and I received a black one.

I opened a case with Poshmark to simply return the item and have them issue a refund since they were discrepanies in the listing but case closed with no explanation. One can not list multiple pictures in the listing of one color and then send a different color and only stating in small print --all black. What is all black.

The inside, the box being shipped, or the zippers, etc.? The pictures should match the item and match the small print.

Otherwise, what is the purpose of the pictures? ALSO the title stated nothing of the color of the item which is the first and best representation of the product.

Small print is for more details and further description of the condition, not to see if the pictures are not accurately represented.

Also on Poshmark, I made an offer, and then they automatically accepted and shipped it immediately before I even authorized the sale-- within minutes.

These are not standard fair business practices. Again, I would like a refund or be provided a free return shipping label and I will gladly return the item for the refund.

The pictures are the one I receive, and the second picture is the showing the color of backpack in the listing.

The buyer was a scammer. She agreed on buying my earrings.

Now she wants me to refund the .06 grams?

When I disagreed she was accusing me of innacurate weighing scale. This buyer is harrasing me as well .

I sold an item for the first time on Poshmark and could not print the shipping label because my email address was hidden and they could not send a verification code. After 2 attempts to contact them, and then a final attempt through pissedconsumer.com, they finally gave me instructions through their site to reset my email.

My buyer was thankfully understanding about why it took so long. I like buying from Poshmark, and will continue to sell, but they should publish a customer service phone number so we can get help when needed.

IT SUCKED!

I ordered a vintage Coach pocketbook. Being a Coach person for 30 years, when I received it, it was clear this was a knock-off. I had it on my arm less than 15 minutes and blue ink/paint was all over my arm. I have contacted the seller return receipt, so she got my email and no response. The bag was $200. I ordered some sneakers 2 weeks ago Ive sent messages to the sender with no response Ive tried contacting postmark but I have to pay for help no thanks I also called the number only for the mail box to be full I may be jumping the gun but Ive been scammed before how long should I wait I wanted the item for a specific reason and dont want to buy again and then they show up please do better with your customer service thanks

I have been trying to contact Poshmark without any success regarding a seller who will not answer any messages or comments. She also has the same item listed on Mercari, but for more money and where it says she was active just 3days ago, as my order on Poshmark was three days ago.

She already has a bad review of not shipping item that I saw after ordering from her. I have a feeling she is not going to send me this item, as she wants more money on the other site. I am not getting any answers from Poshmark. They also have an old email that I can not change.

They need to be notified which I have done 3 times, and am still not getting any response from Poshmark. I will never shop on this site again.

Just ridiculous between the seller and Poshmarks customer service.

I also called Merceri about the fact that this item was still active on their site even tho I had bought it 3days ago, and just got an Oh well! I wont be shopping with them again either.

This purse was in excellent condition! She stained my item and you let her send it back to me and refunded her money! I provided pictures and video of the condition of the purse!

Change address

We ordered a short sleeve sweater, however, it was sent to the wrong address. We have attempted to change the address 3 times.

No one is available when we try to reach customer service. Furthermore, we attempted to retrieve the item from the post office only to find out that it was shipped out earlier in the morning. Please advise!!!
