Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Just kept emailing. I didn’t go away.
Now they want me to pay another $500 to correct it, and since I don't have that, they won't do anything more. I'm not getting anywhere with anyone, nor reimbursed. They want $2000 to give me $2600 in return. That's insane.
I've never heard of such a situation. What a terrible company. To require the customer to pay money to fix their mistake? If I could scream the warnings, I would - stay away from these con artists!

The item was never delivered. You can't get into the building unless security guards buzz you in, and all packages are left at the security guard's desk and placed in the office. Security said they never received the package, and no one in the building has had this problem in the past.

I was scammed out of $200. The company, which I thought was Poshmark, stated I had to put a hold on my card for $200-$500, so they knew it wasn't a scam.
I later found out that I was being scammed.
A representative even texted me from Posh, sending a photo ID, as if they work for Posh. I was the seller.

Verified Reviewer |ORDER NEVER RECEIVED - POSHMARK HAS SHUT DOWN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE - THERE IS ONLY EMAIL
I placed (and paid) for an order the end of December. It was a coat and more than I usually spend, Usually I receive my orders within a week (at the most.) I began to send messages to the seller and to Poshmark.
I also contacted the Post Office and gave them the Tracking Number. They told me that a label had been made, but nothing had ever been shipped. Poshmark sent me 3 messages telling me that I should be happy! My order was on the way!
(just with "Manual Tracking")but I would receive the order.
After nearly 3 weeks, I have not received my order, the seller has not responded to 4 messages and Poshmark has only given me canned responses.
Poshmark has no Chat Line, you cannot speak with anyone and the responses are canned repetitive responses
When I enter the tracking information with USPS, this is what I receive:

I am not going to receive this order and I just want my money back. The seller has no intention of sending it. Poshmark is no where near what they used to be and a company that does not even have a chat line does not need my business.
I want to speak with someone when I am having a problem. Not send repeated emails with NO responses, What kind of customer service is this?
User's recommendation: There are good sellers on Poshmark, but there is NO customer service to handle problems. This is not the first time I have run into this. No one responds. There is no chat and you can no longer call. E-mails take days to receive a response, and in my case after 7 days I still have not had a response. I never received an item and Poshmark does not want to be bothered. How can they run a business when they have closed down their customer service department. You can't, and they do not deserve my business. I also came across an area where sellers are complaining. A high complaint is over paying an extra fees to be a "Posh Ambassador" but that label has proven not to help the sellers and in some cases their business is suffering. It just proves that it is all about their bottom line...not the customers or the sellers.

I sold a Mexican folk art painting to a lady for $100 on Poshmark. She received the painting and claimed that it was damaged.
Apparently, there's a scam on Poshmark right now that everyone is participating in. People are claiming their packages are damaged just to get a discount. We settled on a $20 discount because I didn't want to prolong the situation. However, Poshmark took my money and didn't place it in the redeemable slot where I could access it; instead, they put it in the credits which I am forced to use in their store.
I have contacted them over 30 times, either through Poshmark or by email, but received no response. Thus, I am unsure of what to do.

It's been two months since I received my payout that I redeemed when I sold my item. I have sent you around 20 emails and have not received a single response back saying anything about me receiving my money or getting this resolved.
The status of my redemption is still saying 'in process'. I'm lost for words right now because I really needed that money.

Clearly received a shoe rack that was not fit for resale. It was broken when I opened the box. The shoe rack was glued by the seller.

I ordered a DJI Drone (used) from a PoshMark seller. Upon receiving the order, all I received was a 4 x 6 mailer marked Hazmat and containing one paper covid mask instead of the drone I was expecting.
PoshMark has been very slow to respond and Im beyond pissed. I have contacted the Financial Institution I used for the purchase and opened up a dispute.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally issued a credit not a refund. So frustrating.
All is good until there’s a problem… customers have no voice. So sad.
Poshmark support has not resolved my issue with the purchase of diamonds that were not natural. The seller is a fraud.
Jessica at Poshmark support has helped to a point but I feel she isnt understanding the fraud committed here.
Im so discouraged. I spent over $600 and some has been refunded but not all.
I took the diamonds to a jeweler and they told me they were fake.
