Order never received it’s beef 10 days since last up date
Purchased a coat on Nov 9. I have not received anything and it has been over 10 days!
I tried to reach out to the seller and nothing. I tried to reach out to support and nothing!
- I used to like it but this is ridiculous
- No support phone number

I have contacted the seller and customer support several times with zero success. No contact other than an automated email indicating I would hear back within 24 hours. Now I'll have to open a fraud case with my credit card company.

Wrong telephone number. Not able to connect to that number it was the wrong number that you gave me.
I purchased the dress from Poshmark and the seller listed as size 4 with pictures of the dress and description as a size 4. When I receive the dress, it was huge, like a very big, not even close to a size 4 more like a size 24 not even anywhere remotely the same. I know this designer and I know I wear a size 4, so I wasnt concerned that they werent measurements in the listing other than some really vague photos of a measuring stick across the dress that were hardly visible and legible.
When I tried to complain to the seller and ask for a refund and return label, she told me I shouldve paid more attention and refused to help. Im waiting for Poshmark to respond to my claim and they havent, Ive sent in photos and Ive sent in an explanation and I have heard nothing back

Fraud
A customer (scammer) bought an antique piece of jewelry from me. Poshmark authenticated the item, then sent it to the customer.
The customer stated she received a cheap piece of jewelry, showed me the photo claiming that it was what she received from Poshmark. It wasn't my item. She then said I sent the wrong piece; when that failed, due to Poshmark authenticating my item, she claimed a Poshmark employee switched it out! When I stated that's mail fraud and I would file charges, she magically found the necklace I sold her!
However, in the meantime, Poshmark half-read the conversation between her and me and approved her sending the item back. She hasn't done so, and Poshmark isn't responding to me, or releasing funds for my item to me.
This is madness; why are there no Poshmark numbers to call? How are sellers protected?

BROKEN TURKEY COOKIE JAR
I bought a cookie jar on poshmark. When it arrived, it was broken also was not wrapped well enough to travel ground service.
I opened a claim on Friday the day it arrived. Got a message THEIR ( poshmark. on it. MONDAY money was released to the seller.SO I"M OUT 20 BUCKS. Sorry seller 1 star rating for your *** wrapping. SHAME ON YOU POSHMARK!
THANKFUL IT ONLY 20 bucks...LIVE AND LEARN!!
O and don't try and call them # 650-262-**** DEAD END!

I've made sales and purchases on here years ago. I tried to sell some more things, in which I made a sale, but could not accept payment because I don't have a Sofi card.
It prompted me to use PayPal... fine... but it wouldn't load and kept going in circles.
I've asked to talk to a human to resolve this multiple times and only keep receiving pointless emails with no help. Unfortunately, that leaves more than one unsatisfied customer.

Sent me shoes I can’t wear once a 10 and one’s a 9 1/2 and they are on the right foot
I can't wear them. I don't have two bright feet.
I have one left foot and one right foot.
One shoe is size 10 in red but a shade off, and the texture and its right one shoe is 9 1/2 and it's not the right shade and a different texture, and it's right. I need a left and a right shoe in order to walk the same size.

Trouble setting up account
I set up an account on the Poshmark app yesterday, but it didn't give me the option to set up a username, and the app doesn't allow me to purchase anything. So far, I am very unhappy with the app and also unhappy with customer service for the app. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone so far.

I am very disappointed. I don't know why they keep taking money out of my account.
I don't want to have anything to do with Poshmark. It's terrible how you have a company and can't get in touch with anybody about your money.
