I ordered a jacket back on Christmas for my mom, and it is too small. I am trying to return it, but I can't find a phone number.

The jacket was too small that I ordered, and I couldn't call to return it, so now I am stuck.

I've tried online, and I couldn't get through. Why is there no phone number to call to do it?

Stay miles away from Posh ambassadors like Vonnybb, and never buy there. Poshmark including their CEO Mr Manish do not care about the people who support his own company.

As long as he continues to receive a large salary from ripped-off buyers and dishonest sellers, everything is fine for him. That shows a lack of integrity, and one day it will come back around.Please check my review on Trustpilot, where I mentioned your name.

I still have no updates regarding this order. It feels as though you are allowing the seller to take advantage of customers — the very people who support and sustain your platform.

It is much harder to find honest buyers than it is to find sellers, and situations like this make buyers lose trust.Please put yourself in my position and imagine what it feels like to lose this amount of money simply for being trusting and believing that the platform would protect me. I am the sole provider for my family, and I cannot afford a loss like this. I trusted Poshmark to handle this dispute fairly, and right now it feels like my concerns are being dismissed.I am kindly, and sincerely, asking you to review this matter again and judge it based on the evidence.If this issue is resolved fairly, I will gladly update my review to reflect that.Please also look beyond the seller’s statements and examine the actual behavior and evidence. This seller has been dishonest and disrespectful.

Do you really want honest buyers to be the ones who lose? A business cannot remain sustainable if it doesn’t protect its customers. Poshmark began with a strong reputation, but allowing situations like this to go unresolved damages trust and credibility.It would be deeply disappointing if you choose not to reach a fair resolution. If necessary, I will post an honest review of my experience, including the seller’s ID.

I am also prepared to file a Consumer Protection complaint, and as a last resort, I will contact my bank to initiate a refund with all supporting evidence — including clear photos of the grossly misrepresented items, the same ones I previously provided to you.This seller’s photos were clearly edited to hide flaws, and they are using their “ambassador” status as a shield. At this point, I would hesitate to purchase from any ambassador sellers, as this experience shows how easily the status can be misused.

Many of these sellers list thousands of items that do not meet buyer expectations, and this situation only reinforces that concern.I am simply asking for fairness based on the facts and the evidence. I hope Poshmark will do the right thing.

Poshmark is by far the worst customer service you could imagine, all automated machines and no humans. I am dealing with a case for order 6903a9cf5e252a981ea17f16 when a seller ambassador's name yet sold some ripped hoodies that were a lot worse than pictured, so I opened a case and provided all the info they asked for with visible signs of inaccuracy and offered to return it because I didn't want to just have free stuff.

But out of anger, I threw 2 of them in the garbage, so I offered to return the 4 left and take the loss for the other I threw. But Poshmark closed the case saying they don't allow a return, so then refund for not right condition hoodies. And even returning it is not right because the seller will resell and rip someone else off with dumped items, as she already got 150 in minus Poshmark fees off my pocket, then she will get more from another buyer who trusts this dishonest person. So I filed a complaint with 3 companies and escalated the claims, and now I am waiting.

I do not recommend anybody this site that brags about purchases being insured, and yet they do nothing. I will go further if I have to. Lost 181.90 to a dishonest person and they want to wash their hands? No way.

Until this issue is solved, I will never purchase anything again. Because of the traumatic experience you put me through, now that I know a seller that inaccurately lists items, putting some flaws but not all flaws, and even after showing the not shown flaws and being honest and patient, you have proven to not care, turn your back on buyers that you promised to have their back. Now you will, it is not. As of now, I will never buy anything again, nor allow my daughter to purchase anything unless this issue is solved.

This matter will be a great lesson for her future! You know there are a lot more sellers than buyers. In fact, the number 1 reviews for Canada are that there are not enough buyers on the platform for thousands of sellers you have, so if you treat your customers so poorly, they will stop purchasing, and your business will crash. You need all the buyers you can find!

As I have seen sellers complain about sales being down already 50% lower than previous years and buyers complain about zero customer care or any human to talk to, they will stop buying and go elsewhere!

Canada's economy is at the edge of collapsing, so you want to keep your limited buyers happy for as long as it will last. So never buy anything ever until this order is refunded or credited back to my account for at least the 4 items I still have!

No one addressed my issue ! Seller Blocked me from making offers, communicating, and purchasing after I only made a bid offer ONE TIME !!

Now they have the item marked down to LESS than my only offer and I am BLOCKED from purchasing. @BLAMBE725 has refused any business with me even though we have never met nor communicated in ANY WAY.

I paid $165 dollars for a DS lite I had to work on and found out did not even work and play DS lite games. The seller ignored me for a day and then after a second complaint, gave me a few minutes after stating that it's possibly my fault to just say that I look stupid for viably complaining on his website.

He then gave no time for me to explain that I was trying to be heard since he ignored me before before accusing me of harassing him and someone else and then reported me before even attempting to solve the problem. This is my first time on Poshmark so I thought that I had to accept the order upon delivery. That is why our conversation started the way that it did.

@jimmycalo should be red flagged for selling fake products at ridiculous prices. $165 of mine seems like it gone now.

It rang one time and hung up on me. Nobody answered, and I spoke to nobody.

Poshmark has been removing and reinstating my listing over and over, saying it's an error and targeting and harassing my boutique for weeks now, making it impossible to make my earnings. They even granted a refund back to a buyer, and I never received my property or the money.

I have proof of all this, and I'm ready to get a lawyer and take this to the highest level. If I have to, I will no longer be a victim of your resale platforms anymore!

Transaction date #: 11/13/25. I was charged $21,11.

The eyeliner is used and NOT NEW as advertised and I want my money back. Please credit my account for $21,11.

The item I ordered had two toy toasts in the picture, and I was only sent one. There was a gaming one and a Bluey one, and I only got sent the gaming one.

They sent other stuff with the gaming one instead, and the person cut out the price tag that was $18.00. I'm not very happy, and when I try to find my order, it says order not found.

Sometimes that doesn't matter. I was sent size 9 shoes instead of size 6, and they said it was as described (even with a bunch of pictures).

I changed my password and then got completely locked out of Poshmark. I'm told to contact customer support, yet I still can't get help.

It's a simple login issue that has now been two days with zero support. I cannot access my items, my earnings, or accept the order I just received. Trying to get a successful solution in a timely fashion on Poshmark just does not happen. I think Poshmark has the worst customer support I've ever come across.

They do not truly care about their users. If they did, they wouldn't have such a poor customer service support rating. Maybe Poshmark should listen to the people who use their platform and make some healthy, beneficial changes. The people are who keep Poshmark up and running; we should be treated better.

I could run the customer support department better tied up and with my eyes closed.

If I operated this way at my job, I'd be fired. Not to mention the company as a whole wouldn't last.

I ordered from Poshmark November 10th to the tune of $110.35 for shoes. Never got an e-mail for verification of an order, but they sure took my money.

I really doubt I will ever see my shoes. You can't get a hold of this company. No e-mail or phone # on their sites and the phone #'s they list are invalid. Don't buy, order or sell anything on this site.

Pretty sure this is a scam. Better off with E-Bay.

A customer (scammer) bought an antique piece of jewelry from me. Poshmark authenticated the item, then sent it to the customer.

The customer stated she received a cheap piece of jewelry, showed me the photo claiming that it was what she received from Poshmark. It wasn't my item. She then said I sent the wrong piece; when that failed, due to Poshmark authenticating my item, she claimed a Poshmark employee switched it out! When I stated that's mail fraud and I would file charges, she magically found the necklace I sold her!

However, in the meantime, Poshmark half-read the conversation between her and me and approved her sending the item back. She hasn't done so, and Poshmark isn't responding to me, or releasing funds for my item to me.

This is madness; why are there no Poshmark numbers to call? How are sellers protected?

To close the Poshmark account via the app, go to your Account and select Poshmark Support Center. Here, click Delete My Account under Manage Account Status. You will be asked to choose a reason before clicking to Delete My Account. The confirmation is finalized once you click Yes. To delete the account via an internet browser, initiate Poshmark login and go to Account Settings. The following step is to select Manage Account Status and select Delete My Account. Specify the reason and then click Yes to confirm.
