Zero. 6 days of texting you and buyer regarding return and no response still.

Beware! Beware! What could the company do better?

1. Respond to correspondence.

2. Not accept an order for a buyer. I thought that might have been a clue that something was wrong.

3. Do not waste my morning by texting different people over and over again.

4. Then, having to pay $5 to get an answer with a monthly charge of $30 for membership. However, all of this is refundable. I can't imagine dealing with that.

5. Don't spend hours of a customer's time sending them through hoops with no answers.

6. Finally, provide a customer service number. They were unavailable.

I purchased a beautiful dress last night that it was going to be for my birthday thats coming up next Tuesday on the 12th, Was even going to pay extra for shipping just saw it when I arrive right before Tuesday evening so I could wear for my birthday celebration on Tuesday evening I got a confirmation of the purchase last night and within three minutes if I got another email with a cancellation of the purchase of my birthday dress from the website Poshmark! Without any type of explanation and without giving me the chance to purchase the same dress again and/or any other item of clothing or anything at all!!

Didnt let me buy real Blue sapphire diamond earrings with a gorgeous matching necklace & And a real rose gold ruby bracelet to match as well!! I didnt put on my profile all the info from my husbands CCing the billing information the shipping information and I have plenty of money in the bank so I dont understand why this has happened when it was and it still is pretty freaking urgent that Im able to purchase all these items as soon as possible I seem to date tonight even tomorrow morning will be ideal so I can look perfect for my birthday celebration evening! I sent For proof screenshot of my husbands cc card I just dont know what else to do I demand an explanation and I demand a solution immediately thank you phone number if you need to reach me 720-371-**** looking forward to hearing from you right away please dont ruin my birthday or let my birthday be ruined by some website or site technicality or whatever the reason.

he buyer advertised a sale with a picture of the dress I wanted, but the dress I received was a completely different style. I reached out immediately and responded to everything I heard from Poshmark.

I even called when I thought it odd not to receive a response for a long time.

Now they have had the audacity to say I did not respond in time and have closed the case, leaving me stuck with a dress that is not as represented by the seller. I am absolutely pissed, as I responded immediately each time, even on a long weekend.

The item was never delivered. You can't get into the building unless security guards buzz you in, and all packages are left at the security guard's desk and placed in the office. Security said they never received the package, and no one in the building has had this problem in the past.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Just kept emailing. I didn’t go away.

Their verification fee is horrible, and they didn't honor their contract. They asked for $200-500, I paid; then they wanted $1000 more, I paid; they made an error and lost my $500.

Now they want me to pay another $500 to correct it, and since I don't have that, they won't do anything more. I'm not getting anywhere with anyone, nor reimbursed. They want $2000 to give me $2600 in return. That's insane.

I've never heard of such a situation. What a terrible company. To require the customer to pay money to fix their mistake? If I could scream the warnings, I would - stay away from these con artists!

I sold a Mexican folk art painting to a lady for $100 on Poshmark. She received the painting and claimed that it was damaged.

Apparently, there's a scam on Poshmark right now that everyone is participating in. People are claiming their packages are damaged just to get a discount. We settled on a $20 discount because I didn't want to prolong the situation. However, Poshmark took my money and didn't place it in the redeemable slot where I could access it; instead, they put it in the credits which I am forced to use in their store.

I have contacted them over 30 times, either through Poshmark or by email, but received no response. Thus, I am unsure of what to do.

A man bought a tree that had already been sold on another platform. I couldn't delete the listing.

The buyer paid for the item (first attachment). There was a message stating that the payment couldn't go through. I received an email stating that I needed to send an Apple card worth $500 for him to be refunded. This is a scam.

I just want to cancel their order and arrange for them to be refunded. Thank you.

Hi,

I am a new seller and can't get my debit card verified because my bank thinks that the verifying transaction is a scam, due to its title not being POSHMARK, but 'hellcase'. I see where they are coming from the second time and I have a screenshot from Technical Support. I would like you to see if you think the same thing. The reason being, I want to sell a used item to a customer and don't want to get scammed again.

I paid for a 'BLACK' sweater but was double-charged and sent two (2) brown sweaters instead. I have contacted the seller several times, and she apologized, suggesting that I reach out to Poshmark to arrange for the return of one sweater in exchange for another. She mentioned that she has already spoken to customer service about my case.

I am new to Poshmark. Not even a week has passed since I've been a buyer on this app.

I just made an offer for a Nike jacket from a seller in Texas. I'm in North Carolina, so I tried to keep in contact with the seller to see when she could ship off. Considering that she works, she said I harassed her by communicating multiple times with her. She responds so late.

I was, of course, worried and messaged to make sure things are okay and that she can ship off. Now, she doesn't want to sell me the jacket after accepting my offer and my money. It's pending for her to ship it off to me. She refuses to cancel on her end and I can't cancel now.

So, I'm stuck with no jacket and no money. This is the second time Poshmark has shown they don't care about buyers, only sellers. Support doesn't help anyone but the sellers. There's no one to call.

I'm just out of $60 with nothing to show for it. I hate Poshmark.

Never shop on that app, ever. Just run far away from Poshmark.

Sold an item for $80, in order to get paid I had to submit a credit card for payment. 3 hours later and 1,950.00 charged to my credit cards the issue was not solved.

1,400 came out of my checking account - 3 transactions, and I am responsible for these funds. Poshmark could NOT reverse any charges, and they kept wanting me to add another credit card for my credits. Seriously how can another credit card refund help me payoff the original charges especially the debit card. The person helping me did not know what they were doing.

A supervisor finally got involved and was of no help.

This is a serious problem. Now I have to dispute all these charges.

This company doesn't protect the buyer at all. They let sellers do what they want and ultimately rip off buyers.

They are no better than those scamming people out of money. The sellers ignore messages sent in regards to damaged items. They use quick fixes that may not appear in the shows on merchandise.

The bags may fall apart the same day or days after delivery. Disgusting.

If the routing number is incorrect or the account number is incorrect then someone should have gotten back to me for the correct number.

Scammed by Poshmark repsentative

Hi, yes. I was scammed by a Poshmark representative named Bernard Wells.

This happened on August 5th and 6th of 2024. I need to get my money back from the $2,100 transactions, which were on Apple Cash. Your representative said I would receive $3,670 with the payment of a deposit fee and extension fee. I never got back a response or credit.

I just want my money back - the amount that I sent. Can you please help me with this?
