I was scammed out of $327.

I was scammed out of $326 from a company called Sunnies4less on Poshmark. On March 26th, I made a purchase, or rather $326 was taken from my account without my consent from this company.

I initially liked the item and requested to have the original price of $350 brought down to $300. The next morning the money was taken from my account without authorization. That was already a red flag! I held off on reporting the issue to by bank because it was an item that I really wanted.

Days later, I patiently waited for a tracking number from the company which was eventually sent to me after I raised concern to customer care. I was given a tracking number through USPS that showed the item was in NY and that it was waiting for a receipt from the seller in order for it to be processed and sent to me. The initial delivery date showed March 31st. However when tracked, it never left NY.

I contacted the seller and sent screenshots of the tracking information but no reply. I contacted customer care for the first time and received a response from the seller shortly after. I remained patient and hopeful as I looked out for my package that would never come.

On April 7th, I contacted customer care for the second time being that the purchase was in March. By this time, the delivery date showed for the same day (April 7th).

Customer support informed me that the post office was experiencing delays and that I should start seeing tracking by April 9th. They assured me that if after the 9th, the issue persisted, I should reach out to them again in which I did.

Let me just add that at some point during this horrific experience, I was promoted to accept the purchase (a message I thought I would have gotten way before the $326 vanished from my account). I assumed that the reason why the package was still in NY was because I needed to accept the purchase from my end. Behold it was apart of the scheme!

When I later went back to message the seller for the third or fourth time, a green check mark appeared next to the image of my order; which indicated that the order was completed. It even prompted me to leave a review.

I dont know how I am supposed to review for an imaginary item.

On April 10th, I contacted customer care again.

I even called the customer service number for Poshmark, but no avail. I found the sellers on Instagram and tried to message them privately but I was unable to because they do not accept DMs unless they follow you back.

To say the least, this has been a nightmare of an experience and I am very upset and disappointed! I would never recommend shopping at Sunnies4less nor using any third party app such as Poshmark for your shopping experience.

Up until now I have yet to receive the item, an updated tracking number, a response from the seller, or even my full refund of $326 back from the company.

This person sharie hayes on poshmark has scammed me I received a empty package today at 8:02 am I paid 305.25 on a real human hair wig and never received it first she said the package got lost at the post office now Im receiving a empty package I have tried contacting poshmark but nobody answers they have a case open on it now hopefully something gets done about this person cause they are fraud now the seller is trying to get away with this and when she messages only I can get her messages and I cant comment back shes trying to claim Im lying about receiving a empty package this morning WHICH IM NOT I HAVE WITNESSES WHO SAW ME EXIT THE POST OFFICE WITH AN EMPTY PACKAGE I HAVE NEVER HAD A ISSUE BEFORE THIS ON POSHMARK BUT I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS SITE AGAIN IF I DONT GET MY MONEY BACK I have reported to cash app and poshmark still havent heard anything this woman needs to be stopped she is scamming people at least she did me of $305.25 why can she comment to me but I cant comment back this is *** the package I received was empty and had scribbles on the side and says wave in scribbles also three times who does this? Ordered the yellow and black shoes and paid through PayPal $153 and some change on the 5th of March. I saw on the sellers site that she ships same day!

Well I metioned that to her and she responded " oh I shipped that out and thought that you already received them" I responded that I never received tracking information then she says " I'll get in touch with USPS and find out tomorrow " I asked why she hadn't done that already and she stop taking messages from me! So what she has done is assigned a tracking label but has no intention of sending them! I really don't think she ever had them. So of course I've tried to contact the support team at poshmark with absolutely NO help from them!

No email, no text message no nothing!

Today is the 12th of March and i don't know where my money is ,i don't know where my shoes are im just out back! So ive contacted an attorney to find out what all i can do!

I want my refund since this person will not ship my item. If they would have shipped my item, then I wouldn't be fussing!

They've had long enough to ship my item.

I am tired of people tying up money and not shipping product! The person either needs to ship it or cancel it!

I got a fake designer t-shirt. I have many, many emails.

I want to return it, but no one has sent me a return label. I emailed support many times, and now they stopped responding to my email.

I am so pissed off because it's illegal to sell fake labels. The seller told me to resell it and never gave me a return label at all.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Customer service paid me for the shoes the amount they were sold for.

They never admitted that the shoes were stolen or that their claim about them being fake was inaccurate. I am happy I was able to get the money for the sale.

I made a sale on Poshmark and the shoes needed to be authenticated before sending them to the buyer. I shipped the shoes to the authentication center, and they claimed the shoes were fake (which is not true, and I asked for proof, which they never provided).

They were supposed to ship them back, and instead, I received a box with two black vests in it.

I've reached out to them via their support center, and they have ignored me. This issue has been going on for a month now.

Well, first of all, let me start by saying that I sell luxury goods on your website and I buy a lot of products off your website to resell. I was viewing a posh show, and if you buy an item that is under 150, you want a wallet; if it is over 150 or you could make up the difference, then you can upgrade to a pocketbook.

I tried to upgrade; they took my money.

They never let me upgrade, so I lost out on a pocketbook. Number one, number two, I was told that I got a Ferragamo wallet when I actually got a Valentino wallet, and I was told that I cannot have my money back, even though I was told as soon as I accepted the purchase that they would refund me the money.

They owe me five or six checks finally won today appeared like it was mailed out on the 19th I have two copies that I could show one from today that says processed then all of a sudden a date but I haven’t received it I sent them an email where is this check no response This company is a joke and they shouldn’t even even be allowed to have a platform they steal from everybody but they’ll punish you if they think you’re stealing how is it possible to steal from a company that sends you a refund and won’t let you return one item when a seller tells you just to return one item or two items how is that your fault? Especially when you didn’t know?

Every time I email customer support after all the money I made them and all the money I spent on that app over $1 million they ignore me they do not respond they treat me like Garbage and it’s per a guy named philipe he is mean and cruel Wieland profiled me and decided that I was the bad person? I have three real estate licenses how can I be a bad person?

I spent over $1 million on their app how does that make me a bad person I was the one harassed for being able to spend so much money and I was taking advantage of!

So somebody explained this to me everybody needs to stay away from this app it’s dangerous and it’s like gambling you get addicted and you spend all of your money and then when they’re done with you they throw you away like you’re a piece of Garbage they don’t even let you have a chance to explain yourself give you a chance to straighten anything out you’re just done that’s it! They have a lot of nerves this is a Sell in platform not a Nazi rejeem!

These kids try to make everybody out to be like a criminal if you return something and you dont remember to put everything back it becomes your fault and they punish you severely for that. How does that even make sense?

Its not like Im refunding money to myself it doesnt matter if you offer to pay for something if you forgot to give it back, they treat you like you're a piece of garbage you get harassed and bullied constantly whether you're selling or buying they do nothing about the bullies However they will punish you if they decide they don't like you they are kids with too much power the CFO Mark manish whats the matter does not seem to care how his customers /really good sellers are being treated once you are marked by these kids they steal your money and they treat you like garbage like you're a viper. Youre manipulated and forced to spend millions of dollars. Its like gambling only youre bidding on items they allow other sellers like brand authentic/elhusaba to steal from you a young girl named Vickie, who is from the Ukraine on a working visa by the goodness of the United States is stealing from Americans and her boss who owns it. KUBRA allows it, she would call me at all hours of the day out of my job when I was supposed to be working begging me to come into her show to bid on items to help her this was only adding to my addiction which she knew I had and would not leave me alone this is taking advantage of a 63 year-old but Poshmark ignored it and then allowed other people to bully me and they would mute me while I was spending thousands of dollars so I could not talk in the chat!Poshmark allows them to steal and to lie about condition of bags!!

this whole website is a farce the way they treat people is a farce! The people that they let get away with murder is a farce buyer beware seller beware do not go to this website or to a store called brand authentic./el husaba! and then when you sell youre put through *** and they make thousands of you they steal 20% and they do nothing but harass you! Requesting complaint with escalation to the management of Posh Mark. Order ID 6761e2c39c6d553d2382c336.

My name is IOn 10/17/2024, I purchased a Ralph Lauren Polo Bear Fleece Full-Zip Hoodie. As described by the seller: New men's jacket, size medium, dark blue collar with the polar bear emblem, with the original tag attached. I messaged the seller before purchasing the product and asked, 'IS THE JACKET NEW AND WITH TAGS?', The seller replied, 'YES'. After I received the product within the first 72 hours, I sent a similar message to Posh Mark and didn't receive any feedback to my email address, which I provided.

Im expressing my dissatisfaction with the product: The product's tag is not professionally attached, the tag is hanging on a string, there is a noticeable odor under the armpit areas of the product. There are a few defects on the jacket, which is on the back of the hood, where a yellow string is sticking out and white strings are sticking out on the side of the jacket.

The jacket is too short for a men's medium size as it is advertised, it's more like a junior medium size or perhaps was washed and shrunk. I am requesting a free return and a refund to my credit card, because I am not satisfied with the product which was untruthfully promised and advertised by the seller.

Resolved: I was scammed

I posted a wedding dress got an immediate response. Please send more pictures to this phone number then it was saying that it was declined.

I got a text message from supposedly POSHMARK SUPPORT. They said that all customers are required to make a deposit of 250 into their account to avoid being scammed so I deposited 250 to a phone number that they sent me.

They said it would be refunded to my account within 10 minutes. It has not been refunded and now the buyer paid 270 and then I get another email saying that I need to deposit 2000 in order for them to release my shipping tag.

I'm pissed because you have my money in your verification process with customer service. They said when they would have it for 5 seconds or less, but now you have not returned my money, please look at the customer service chat for verification process. The picture I ordered was a Breri watch band in black with gold metal ends. What I got was a brown band with pinkish metal ends.

When I tried calling you and never heard back, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. You responded with a picture of an upside-down Breri picture of a watch band.

Who would ever order from a picture of the back of an upside-down picture not showing what it looks like? Can you help me get this straightened out?

So they emailed me back, saying that they took off my listings because I hada H necklace and I need to have proof of authenticity I didn’t know that you’re not allowed to have initial necklaces. None of my necklaces have a logo on them or claiming to be of any brand.

Hi, I have been emailing you for the last three weeks. You guys are suspended my account and are telling me the guys cannot reinstate it because I had counterfeit items which is not true.

Can you guys reinstate my account and I would like to file an appeal because what you guys are saying is not correct none of my jewelry is claiming to be any brand or any logo of any brand.

Can you guys keep saying that you guys have proof? I want to see the proof because I have proof of the jewelry where I buy it from does not have any local or brand on it.

the picture the seller showing looks authentic the item i received is definitely fake and i work for a high end store and i own this shoes as well and i just checked the sellers profile

pic its a picture of leonardo carpio and mark walberg when they were younger UNBELIEVABLE

i even compared to my shoes not even close the inner sole, the leather and the outer sole OMG can't believe it and believing poshmark wont allow selling any fake items
