Requesting complaint with escalation to the management of Posh Mark. Order ID 6761e2c39c6d553d2382c336.

My name is IOn 10/17/2024, I purchased a Ralph Lauren Polo Bear Fleece Full-Zip Hoodie. As described by the seller: New men's jacket, size medium, dark blue collar with the polar bear emblem, with the original tag attached. I messaged the seller before purchasing the product and asked, 'IS THE JACKET NEW AND WITH TAGS?', The seller replied, 'YES'. After I received the product within the first 72 hours, I sent a similar message to Posh Mark and didn't receive any feedback to my email address, which I provided.

Im expressing my dissatisfaction with the product: The product's tag is not professionally attached, the tag is hanging on a string, there is a noticeable odor under the armpit areas of the product. There are a few defects on the jacket, which is on the back of the hood, where a yellow string is sticking out and white strings are sticking out on the side of the jacket.

The jacket is too short for a men's medium size as it is advertised, it's more like a junior medium size or perhaps was washed and shrunk. I am requesting a free return and a refund to my credit card, because I am not satisfied with the product which was untruthfully promised and advertised by the seller.

I purchased a beautiful dress last night that it was going to be for my birthday thats coming up next Tuesday on the 12th, Was even going to pay extra for shipping just saw it when I arrive right before Tuesday evening so I could wear for my birthday celebration on Tuesday evening I got a confirmation of the purchase last night and within three minutes if I got another email with a cancellation of the purchase of my birthday dress from the website Poshmark! Without any type of explanation and without giving me the chance to purchase the same dress again and/or any other item of clothing or anything at all!!

Didnt let me buy real Blue sapphire diamond earrings with a gorgeous matching necklace & And a real rose gold ruby bracelet to match as well!! I didnt put on my profile all the info from my husbands CCing the billing information the shipping information and I have plenty of money in the bank so I dont understand why this has happened when it was and it still is pretty freaking urgent that Im able to purchase all these items as soon as possible I seem to date tonight even tomorrow morning will be ideal so I can look perfect for my birthday celebration evening! I sent For proof screenshot of my husbands cc card I just dont know what else to do I demand an explanation and I demand a solution immediately thank you phone number if you need to reach me 720-371-**** looking forward to hearing from you right away please dont ruin my birthday or let my birthday be ruined by some website or site technicality or whatever the reason.

Scammed by seller, and poshmark did nothing.

This is the second thing Ive ordered from Poshmark to have it come either the product not being what it said it was and refilled with something else or now this time a Ralph Lauren Polo $180 duffel bag that was severely used and sold as new with tags! Unfortunately, the item was held in a mailbox room in my apartment and processed days later, which was past the three day timeframe .

Poshmark protects the sellers not the buyers. So if you get something damaged, not as described or something thats been replaced and put in the same container, you have no recourse.

This is great news for sellers. So save your money and use eBay or the Real Real as they are legitimate companies

My sister listed my mink coat for sale. Poshmark authenticated it for 2 weeks.

The buyer returned it with two hol under the arms claiming that it was damaged when she received it from Poshmark. Poshmark did nothing to remedy this situation.

I’m planning on filing a lawsuit against Poshmark. Class Action Anyone???

A seller on Poshmark had a stock photo of a dress I had been looking at for a long time. I made an offer, and it was accepted.

Immediately upon receipt, I saw it was not the dress in the picture and reached out to Poshmark. I sent them pictures and explained that although the dress I received was the same brand, it was a different style. I provided pictures and asked for a refund.

Three days later, I received an email from them asking for evidence. I resent the pictures but did not hear anything back for days.

Eventually, I reached out to see if there was an issue. When they finally responded, they said it was too late and that they could not help me.

I reached out to them again, and instead, they sent a note offering me a seven-dollar credit towards shipping if I wanted to resell. A seven-dollar credit for a dress I paid seventy-five dollars for, and it was not even the dress I wanted. They have since closed the case.

Quite honestly, if I could give Poshmark and the seller a zero rating, I would. How can they not see that the dress I thought I was buying and the one I received are different?

I wanted a specific neckline. The seller is a scammer, and Poshmark is enabling them.

he buyer advertised a sale with a picture of the dress I wanted, but the dress I received was a completely different style. I reached out immediately and responded to everything I heard from Poshmark.

I even called when I thought it odd not to receive a response for a long time.

Now they have had the audacity to say I did not respond in time and have closed the case, leaving me stuck with a dress that is not as represented by the seller. I am absolutely pissed, as I responded immediately each time, even on a long weekend.

The item was never delivered. You can't get into the building unless security guards buzz you in, and all packages are left at the security guard's desk and placed in the office. Security said they never received the package, and no one in the building has had this problem in the past.

Their verification fee is horrible, and they didn't honor their contract. They asked for $200-500, I paid; then they wanted $1000 more, I paid; they made an error and lost my $500.

Now they want me to pay another $500 to correct it, and since I don't have that, they won't do anything more. I'm not getting anywhere with anyone, nor reimbursed. They want $2000 to give me $2600 in return. That's insane.

I've never heard of such a situation. What a terrible company. To require the customer to pay money to fix their mistake? If I could scream the warnings, I would - stay away from these con artists!

I was scammed out of $200. The company, which I thought was Poshmark, stated I had to put a hold on my card for $200-$500, so they knew it wasn't a scam.

I later found out that I was being scammed.

A representative even texted me from Posh, sending a photo ID, as if they work for Posh. I was the seller.

I sold a Mexican folk art painting to a lady for $100 on Poshmark. She received the painting and claimed that it was damaged.

Apparently, there's a scam on Poshmark right now that everyone is participating in. People are claiming their packages are damaged just to get a discount. We settled on a $20 discount because I didn't want to prolong the situation. However, Poshmark took my money and didn't place it in the redeemable slot where I could access it; instead, they put it in the credits which I am forced to use in their store.

I have contacted them over 30 times, either through Poshmark or by email, but received no response. Thus, I am unsure of what to do.

I ordered a DJI Drone (used) from a PoshMark seller. Upon receiving the order, all I received was a 4 x 6 mailer marked Hazmat and containing one paper covid mask instead of the drone I was expecting.

PoshMark has been very slow to respond and Im beyond pissed. I have contacted the Financial Institution I used for the purchase and opened up a dispute.

A man bought a tree that had already been sold on another platform. I couldn't delete the listing.

The buyer paid for the item (first attachment). There was a message stating that the payment couldn't go through. I received an email stating that I needed to send an Apple card worth $500 for him to be refunded. This is a scam.

I just want to cancel their order and arrange for them to be refunded. Thank you.

Hi,

I am a new seller and can't get my debit card verified because my bank thinks that the verifying transaction is a scam, due to its title not being POSHMARK, but 'hellcase'. I see where they are coming from the second time and I have a screenshot from Technical Support. I would like you to see if you think the same thing. The reason being, I want to sell a used item to a customer and don't want to get scammed again.

To close the Poshmark account via the app, go to your Account and select Poshmark Support Center. Here, click Delete My Account under Manage Account Status. You will be asked to choose a reason before clicking to Delete My Account. The confirmation is finalized once you click Yes. To delete the account via an internet browser, initiate Poshmark login and go to Account Settings. The following step is to select Manage Account Status and select Delete My Account. Specify the reason and then click Yes to confirm.
