How can I Dispute a claim decision
I sold a pair of shoes on poshmark. The buyer contacted me stating she want to return them because they to big for her.
I gave a perfect description and size. Once she realized she could not return them under poshmark policy. She cut my shoes and filed a claim stating they were damaged. I showed all the pictures of my shoes in excellent used condition.
I also showed her first message stating they were to big she wanted a refund. She never said they were damaged. Poshmark gave her the refund and they are sending me the damaged shoe the buyer damaged her self.
There is no way some carefully reviewed her claim. I need to speak with someone

And for the people saying to contact Poshmark customer support phone number... There is NO phone number anymore. All you can do is email or message through the app and you get an AI generated response back . The fact that we pay these people 20% of our sales and they are too lazy and cheap to hire anyone or actually responds to an email!
That is insane! When she opened up the first case claiming they were too big She should have had to take photos of the item so I don't understand why they then allowed her to claim that they were damaged when they clearly weren't damaged the first time she opened a claim! I honestly think that it's a computer running Poshmark at this point and no actual people are reviewing anything or answering people's questions. When you get them back just make sure to file a claim stating that you received them in a different condition then how you sent them. If that doesn't work then maybe you can call your bank and see if there's anything you can do there's anything you can do
I has the same thing happen to me with an 2 sales. One they made me take back, and I still can sell at a lower price bc they damaged the item dirt than the explained flaw. The other the buyer was too lazy to ship back ( bc I think she wore it and wanted to return after using). I feel Poshmark tends to err on the side of the buyer no matter what your status, scores and sales are. However, from these two negative buyer experiences, I have added to ask question prior making purchase and I messages every day I waited for the second return that there was no mi enemy in shipping and how long did I have to wait bc I knew she wore it. Lastly, Poshmark promotes buyers to do due diligence, yet I find they side with these buyer doing zero due dilagence. It’s best yo not everything and take pics. There for they have zero excuses to buy the blame on the seller. It’s a reality they don’t support sellers as much as the buyers. My advice, as frustrating as it is,make sure to photograph and describe everything. Then there is zero excuses for buyer to return.
Just had a similar issue in which customer never asked any questions purchased and said it didn’t fit her, although I gave a size range. They rewarded in her favor. I thought all sales were final but o guess they have 8yr olds making these decisions now. Plus there is no way to clearly communicate with the company other than a messages that is not very friendly for full communications and gives limits to how much you can write. One thing I suggest is more customer centric service with issues/cases
That’s not right! I would appeal that decision to Poshmark. You have photos showing the shoes in perfect condition. If Poshmark wanted to refund to customer that should be on them, not you. Something like that your should call the Customer Service number (you can find it on internet)
Keep the poshmark Customer Service number handy…650-262-****. If Poshmark decided to refund the buyer, in this situation…you have photos to prove that you did not sell damaged goods! Call them.
They need to make that number public. There is no human contact other than messaging and it takes at least 24 hours for any response. Customer service at pM is virtually non Existent esp for sellers when this type of fraud happen
