I listed a authentic Louis Vuitton purse, it was only carried once, I only sold it because I am not working and needed the money, this purse was flawless, when it was delivered and I saw it was delivered I messaged the buyer to ask if she would accept the purse so Poshmark would release my funds, the buyer never responded, so I messaged again, nothing mind you this was on the 3rd day, then the buyer finally responded saying she was trying to authenticate the bag because she didnt think it was real, now my funds are on hold and it was to be released on 3/17/2020, I have sent numerous messages to Poshmark, with dumb responses, its now 3/23/202 and still I dont have my money, dont know why and still have not gotten a legitimate answer, keep getting the same response, mean while the buyer has my purse and not responding to any messages, this is totally unacceptable, dont know what to do, I truly want my purse back and they can give the buyer a refund, I pulled all my items from the postings I had listed, Poshmark needs to be reported, this is out and out fraud
User's recommendation: Don’t sell on Poshmark.
Monetary Loss: $399.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
