POSHMARK always sides with the buyer, in this instance the buyer claimed the item was brown which is clearly purple with navy undertones. I didn't photo shop or try to manipulate the image in any way, and the buyer claimed it was brown and wanted to return.
POSH accepted the return. The same week a Louis Vuitton Speedy 25 was sold and the buyer requested a return saying I shipped a different bag. I haven't received either item back yet and it's been weeks! So I have no idea if the buyer of the Louis Vuitton intends on shipping a fake bag or a different bag back!
This online site is not fair and allows anyone to return an item with no justification! I uploaded the Tory Burch bag for you to see how Poshmark does not make fair approvals in regards to the return process. Both items are high end brands and I have lost time and money as these bags are listed on others sites, and were pulled. I still haven't received them back so I'm afraid I'm in for a big surprise!
I'm sure a representative will respond with lies or excuses for their poor customer service and return policy as I've already seen that happen with other reviews on the better business bureau. Check out all the negative reviews for yourself, this company should be shut down.
