At the end of November I sent an email to support saying I was sold a counterfeit coach bag. That I stupidly accepted the order and didn't expect a refund, but how can the seller be reprimanded for selling against poshmarks supposed anti counterfeit policy?

They asked for pictures and I sent them side by side comparison from a similar bag that I actually purchased from a coach store. I explained the issues and said "the seller was polite and I hesitated reporting this because she was pleasant and helpful." Their next email, " after reviewing, we have found the item to be consistent with the brand." Its the brand and not coach? I just want to get this bull out to the world. I will probably still ship poshmark because the other 40+ transactions have been fine.

The zipper is not shiney brass like the white bag.

Coach fans should know all hardware will match. The creed patch is printed so deep in the patch you can barely make out the detail of the emblem.

shows how little you know. there’s coach retail and there’s coach outlet.

they have little differences here and there but still coach.

I can tell right away it’s most likely an outlet bag, trust me when it’s a fake coach, you’ll know right away because they’re made of fake plastic “leather” and zippers are made of plastic. They won’t even say Coach on zipper pull.
