Poshmark - Poor customer service, non-responsive seller, sent half of order!
I joined because my co-worker raved about the quality and prices of the items. I decided to sign up and see hiw true this was considering I buy exclusively from EBAY.
Well, it has been a horrific experience. The seller sold a necklace and bracelet set and only sent me the necklace. I contacted Poshmark support and they have this pre-written email they send you to ease your mind, but it doesn't mean anything because nothing gets done. I figure out how to send a comment to the seller and she doesn't respond until after a week.
It's now 6 days after she says it will be mailed and still zero! I'm beyond upset about this and now trying to get a refund for the necklace I didn't receive.
After this I will remove my account and NEVER return. Poor customer service!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $35.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Poshmark Cons: Buyer favoritism and allowing buyers to scam by lying, No adherence to stated customer service.
