This is now the 4th time I am contacting CS. My screen name is NeferNefer.
I still have the problem that my payment info will not update (on the WEB) YES, on the Web. I do not use the APP. I made an offer to random_betty and it was accepted. I am trying to purchase.
PAYPAL disappeared from my PAYMENT METHODS.
I ADDED A NEW CARD.
INFO WILL NOT UPDATE AND I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE.

I am not happy with Poshmark at all, and may just delete my account and use Thred-Up, Mercari, and Ebay instead.
This is unbelievable, how little CS cares about helping clients.
