I contacted posh with screenshots of the seller admitting they sent my order to someone else four times and I didnt get a response until a week later when I sent another email asking why I have tracking info when she said she sent my order to another person. They never acknowledged anything and they only sent a blanket email saying to let them know the next day (I got the email from them sent at 10:36 pm) when I demanded a refund and they could see in all my previous emails I never received my order.
Then they finally send me an email saying they refunded my order saying I couldnt find my package and also paid the seller and to keep the items in my order as a gift?!? I didnt get my they even paid the seller who is new and obviously scamming posh and me! It took over 2 weeks to get my refund.
I had to ask in 5 different emails with no response from posh. Just pathetic.
User's recommendation: Customer service is the worst.
Monetary Loss: $41.
Preferred solution: Apology.
