I was alerted that my listing violated their policy of listing imitation items, even if they were clearly stated in the description of the item.
I was bewildered because I bought two items from their very site that I knew were imitation items because the seller made that fact known in the description. I was fine with that because I'd rather spend $20 on a lookalike Louis Vuitton clutch that is remarkably similar than pay $500.00 for the real item.
I didn't feel deceived because it was made known beforehand therefore when I listed my item, I did the same. When I proposed the question to poshmark asking for why were those items OK for the listing when it came to my items it was an issue, I was really never given an answer.

I attached the two items to their email, as well as this one, showing both listing as well as one that I didn't purchase.
I would not violate any Policies but I never got a response to that either.
