I have been on Poshmark since a few months. But, I started actively selling since three months now.

The experience was pleasant in the beginning. However, I started noticing an annoying number of low ballers and people who bought the item, then returned saying it was damaged or had scratches. The item description mentions everything and despite of all that work, Poshmark still sides with the buyer. So, if you are a buyer, good for you, no matter how many times you cheat, Poshmark will side with you.

On the other hand, I have started to resent the site. One more blow from Poshmark and I am out.

Nor will I recommend any seller to be here.

Depop, another resale site is pretty good in its comparison. Not to mention, filled with creativity.

Product or Service Mentioned: Poshmark Marketplace.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Seller scams.
