I'm calling regarding an item that has been in review for a refund by your department for several days now. Other than the fact that the item was misrepresented on your website, my issue is that the money was not supposed to be funded until I accepted the order.
Item does not have tags, and has scratches showing wear. Photos were submitted in hopes of a resolution.
Photos include the fading on the bottom corner of the bag, a scratch in the middle and snags on the inside material. Please let me know as soon as possible so i can return the bag to you.
