I purchased 5 tops from 5 different sellers on Poshmark on June 11th. They were all similar styles as I needed something to wear under a dress I was planning on wearing this Saturday (June 22nd) to a wedding and I had hoped that between the 4 purchases at least 1 would fit and be perfect.

By June 18th, Passions23 did not ship my purchase.

On June 19th, Passions23 responded to the comment and said "hi Iโ€™m so sorry for the delay.. Iโ€™ll ship it tomorrow ... I was out of town. i packed it tonight and shipping tomorrow morning with a delay gift "

On June 20th, my order was cancelled.

I tried to leave another comment to ask why it had been cancelled and I was unable to post a comment, so I reached out to Poshmark and they told me the seller probably blocked me....What?? I can only assume because she was attempting to avoid any possible negative repercussions after canceling my order.

Furthermore, I notice an identical item in her shop that appears to have been posted 6 hours prior to me taking a screenshot today....I paid 10.00...this listing states it is 15.00.

How is canceling my order not a breach of contract?? As it appears to me the item was cancelled to be relisted at a higher price. I am so annoyed at both the seller and Poshmark.

Because of this incident and the extremely weak response from Poshmark, I do intend to close my PM account once I receive the last 2 items I purchased.

Poshmark is not a transparent platform. You can not read the reviews that buyers leave and apparently sellers can block you from commenting in their listings should things go south with a purchase.

It really bothers me to no end that the final comment in the listing I purchased indicates that the item was going to be shipped when in fact it did not...so deceitful!

I have purchased from Poshmark approx. 75 times...never again.

Within the 4 purchases I made, I had another order cancel as well. When I asked the seller, she said she must have gave it away...WTH???

I ordered it June 11th,..it was cancelled on June 16th...That brings it down to 2 tops cancelled.

I have received 1 of the 2 and although it fits, its not tight enough to wear under the dress....but very cute. The last top I am waiting for has not arrived yet...my fingers are crossed.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Poshmark Pros: Searching for bargains.

Poshmark Cons: Customer service, Scamming sellers, Ability for a seller to block you for no reason, Breach of contract, Invisible review system.
