Poshmark claims that they get back to the emails within 24 hours , but my issue is that a product claims to be delivered, but I had not received the item. On top of it, Poshmark didn't send me the tracking number and instead I had to ask the seller for it which the seller provided an incorrect tracking before providing the one that states it was delivered.

I've messaged Poshmark on a Friday and it has been 6 days and have yet to receive a response back.

I have also contacted them on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. No response.
