I have contacted the seller and customer support several times with zero success. No contact other than an automated email indicating I would hear back within 24 hours. Now I'll have to open a fraud case with my credit card company.

When it comes to customer service poshmarks is horrible it's just horrible there is no customer service everything goes left on unanswered no response no help nothing and in the event that you actually do get help it's like 14 days later right now I've been locked out of my account for 2 days and can I get any help It's my livelihood that's my only job I've sent over 20 emails got to responses that were nothing so I'm so frustrated and upset I depend on this to live It's like I've been fired from a job and I work for myself It's horrible I don't know what else to say but I've gotten no help
