Poshmark - Customer Service
So I have had a problem with my Poshmark account going on a week now with no resolution. I have emailed them numerous times and get the same response as if they just send the same robotic message to all.
So somehow they have it down that I have filed a dispute for fraudulent charges which is not true at all, and has frozen my account. I have many shipments to be coming from different orders on Poshmark and cannot even send a message to anyone or do anything. Not only am I getting furious at this time but my closet is locked so now they are messing with my potential sales that I needed to make for Christmas. This is so very upsetting that I might just delete my account.
I have tried searching for a phone number with no luck.
Thanks for all of this unnecessary *** I NEVER FILED ANY DISPUTE FOR FRAUDULENT CHARGES! So before you go messing with someone's life maybe you should have your ducks in a row and your FACTS right.
User's recommendation: Find an online company that actually has live customer service reps!
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Compensation for loss of wages that were for Christmas money for my kids. .
Poshmark Cons: No live customer service, Emails not being answered, Terrible customer service, No phone number.
