Seller problem
- - Seller blocked offers, messaging, and buying after I bid once.
- - The item is marked down below my bid and the seller has refused business.
No one addressed my issue ! Seller Blocked me from making offers, communicating, and purchasing after I only made a bid offer ONE TIME !!
Now they have the item marked down to LESS than my only offer and I am BLOCKED from purchasing. @BLAMBE725 has refused any business with me even though we have never met nor communicated in ANY WAY.
- Easy to purchase quality items at a bargain
- No actual company customer service support

Stolen items
- - A buyer paid $500 for headphones.
- - They swapped it with fake products and claim I sold fake Apple items; Poshmark won't refund my money.
I had someone purchase $500 headphones from me. Apple Max Pros received the product and switched it with fake ones, claiming that I sold them fake Apple products, which is not true.
I've sold several hundred pairs and have never had an issue. Poshmark will not refund my money. I have not received my product.
Nothing. This is ridiculous.

Resolved: Return of unpurchsed merchandise
Return of my merchandise. Don't do it in the first place.
My unpurchased items were finally returned to me today, 3/13/26. I am wondering if my filing a complaint with the Texas State Attorney had anything to do with it.
Turning blue in the face. I cannot believe Poshmark gets away with not responding to a consignee who's unpurchased merchandise you absolutely refuse to give back or acknowledge the past month long request to do so.
Preferred solution: Return of unpurchased items on consignor's site. She ignores my request for same as does Poshmark customer service They are in violation of their "contract."

Watch not working
- - Watch arrived not working and noticed after 2 days.
- - It was said to have a new battery; replacement didn't fix it.
- - They want a refund.
received a watch that doesnt work.did not realize this within the 2 days after it was delivered. Was told it had a new battery.
Brought to have it checked and battery changed.
Was told its an old battery but once changed it still did not work. Want a refund

I was charged for verification
- - I was told to add $300 to my Cash App card to verify.
- - It charged me for skin, and I want to know what happened and how to recover.

- - I bought a Dyson hairdryer as a gift; the package arrived unopened.
- - It won't turn on; lights on, no air; lost $170; no follow-up; will use eBay.
This is to let you know again. I purchased a Dyson hairdryer as a gift for my adult granddaughter and when I received it I let the seller know the package looked good but was unopened due to it was a gift for February 14.
When she did open it it waould not come on. Lights came on, but no air. She checked outlets, and filters and no air. The Internet said push a reset button that all dryers have, but this one had none.
I feel the cord had been replaced. I realize a 3 day claim but that seems so unfair for electronics and this was broken out of the box and I'm out 170 plus dollars. I thought Poshmark was better than that. I'll stick with eBay who has always stood behind me.
You could have least given me some follow up but you didn't. Phyllis Conkin

I paid $165 dollars for a DS lite I had to work on and found out did not even work and play DS lite games. The seller ignored me for a day and then after a second complaint, gave me a few minutes after stating that it's possibly my fault to just say that I look stupid for viably complaining on his website.
He then gave no time for me to explain that I was trying to be heard since he ignored me before before accusing me of harassing him and someone else and then reported me before even attempting to solve the problem. This is my first time on Poshmark so I thought that I had to accept the order upon delivery. That is why our conversation started the way that it did.
@jimmycalo should be red flagged for selling fake products at ridiculous prices. $165 of mine seems like it gone now.

User's recommendation: This is a fake seller the DS I have is black and is from GameStop in 2016 for $45 used by the way. The one on the right is the golden one I got from @jimmycalo. It doesn't even play DS games and the seller is extremely confrontational and argumentative.
