Goods purchased were sent to another address, so the purchase price was forfeited and the recipient's details were not disclosed by the US Postal Service. Poshmark is a complete scam!

I am trying to get my activation fee of $200 refunded. I really don't like the way your company does business with these extra deposits, and you guys said you want to make sure you secure the customer and the seller.
This just seems a little too shady for me, so I would like to get my money back as soon as possible. I need to speak to a live representative.
I don't like a company that doesn't have a live representative to speak to. That's not good customer service.

I was in the process of placing an order with a Poshmark seller and begin to enter my credit card information, without realizing I had not verified this credit card yet as it was new. I did not pursue the sale any further however, the sale was put through on Apple Pay even though the card had not yet been verified by me.
I immediately reached out to the seller the next morning and she indicated I would have to deal with Poshmark directly. Their voicemail is full and isnt taking any additional messages. I tried emailing them. no resolution.
I have also gone through pissedconsumer.com and still nothing.
I am a first time buyer and this is a terrible first experience. I just want to cancel my order and cant get anybody to process the request.

For the past week I have been contacting Poshmark in response to an email they sent asking if I changed my email. I responded back that I did not and have received no response.
Each time I sent a response to customer support or the security alert email I get an automated response back that they are looking into it and someone will contact me. This was fraudulent breach to my account.
I sent them screen shot of the fraudulent email of the person that breached my account. I sent a screen shot of the funds withdrawal the individual that said it was in process and still no response. This could have been stopped had they responded to the 10+ emails sent.
I tried to access my account and they locked me out and sent email on how to access but the email in order for me to access is fraudulent. Posted complaints to the CEO and 2 of his leaders on LinkedIn yesterday and still no response.

I had problems with my closet and sale. No one contacted me, and I still have a problem.
I tried to call, but the number wasn't working. I tried to delete the app and create a new one, but I couldn't. Poshmark said I am a member there. I have no idea what to do.
Customer Service isn't answering me back. There's no response to my emails!

No entiendo por qué, si no he cometido ningún error. Nadie me dice si me he equivocado.
Porque al día siguiente, me desbloquean la cuenta, hago una compra, y me la cancelan y me la vuelven a bloquear. No entiendo, por favor, ayuda.

Take note: If you do not agree with or like the item you bought from Poshmark:
(1) Do not click on the link 'Accept Order' that is embedded in the email you will receive from Poshmark once they see the order was received by you. If you do, all is lost. You have signed over your funds to Poshmark. You will not get them back!
(2) In case you want to return your item - and you did not click on 'Accept Order' - you will feel like you are being interrogated by the Gestapo. You will have to prove your case by providing pictures, measurements, reasons, etc. Unless you are willing to jump through hoops again and again with customer service over several days, this effort will end in futility. You will lose your case. Money gone. No buyers protection.
Why would anybody buy or sell on this platform? Lesson learned. I will stick with Amazon.

Verified ReviewerThe worst company ever, imagine I purchase an item for my daughter and I had to be the one to email them and find out why the item was not shipped and its two days now
They are currently telling me they are unable to ship my item because I am not in the U.S. and the shipping address I provided is an American address because my husband is currently overseas.
