I didn't expect to get some plastic 2-dollar glasses. You should check the product before these people send through your website. Very disappointed; I will be reporting this to my bank. I thought this was a good site to shop.
Never again. Send me back my money.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Customer service paid me for the shoes the amount they were sold for.
They never admitted that the shoes were stolen or that their claim about them being fake was inaccurate. I am happy I was able to get the money for the sale.
Still waiting for them to resolve my issue. The better business bureau has been contacted
I made a sale on Poshmark and the shoes needed to be authenticated before sending them to the buyer. I shipped the shoes to the authentication center, and they claimed the shoes were fake (which is not true, and I asked for proof, which they never provided).
They were supposed to ship them back, and instead, I received a box with two black vests in it.
I've reached out to them via their support center, and they have ignored me. This issue has been going on for a month now.
Preferred solution: I would like my PRADA shoes back

Well, first of all, let me start by saying that I sell luxury goods on your website and I buy a lot of products off your website to resell. I was viewing a posh show, and if you buy an item that is under 150, you want a wallet; if it is over 150 or you could make up the difference, then you can upgrade to a pocketbook.
I tried to upgrade; they took my money.
They never let me upgrade, so I lost out on a pocketbook. Number one, number two, I was told that I got a Ferragamo wallet when I actually got a Valentino wallet, and I was told that I cannot have my money back, even though I was told as soon as I accepted the purchase that they would refund me the money.

Preferred solution: I would like to get the amount of money I would’ve made of the purse. I would’ve been able to purchase if I was able to upgrade.

They’re avoiding it they don’t respond they don’t care they treat people like crap they steal all of our money and then treat their platform like a Nazi regime! Instead of just doing the job they have terrible customer service and so far they have stolen four checks for me and have not paid me and taking me off their platform! With no explanation
They owe me five or six checks finally won today appeared like it was mailed out on the 19th I have two copies that I could show one from today that says processed then all of a sudden a date but I haven’t received it I sent them an email where is this check no response This company is a joke and they shouldn’t even even be allowed to have a platform they steal from everybody but they’ll punish you if they think you’re stealing how is it possible to steal from a company that sends you a refund and won’t let you return one item when a seller tells you just to return one item or two items how is that your fault? Especially when you didn’t know?
Every time I email customer support after all the money I made them and all the money I spent on that app over $1 million they ignore me they do not respond they treat me like Garbage and it’s per a guy named philipe he is mean and cruel Wieland profiled me and decided that I was the bad person? I have three real estate licenses how can I be a bad person?
I spent over $1 million on their app how does that make me a bad person I was the one harassed for being able to spend so much money and I was taking advantage of!
So somebody explained this to me everybody needs to stay away from this app it’s dangerous and it’s like gambling you get addicted and you spend all of your money and then when they’re done with you they throw you away like you’re a piece of Garbage they don’t even let you have a chance to explain yourself give you a chance to straighten anything out you’re just done that’s it! They have a lot of nerves this is a Sell in platform not a Nazi rejeem!
Its not like Im refunding money to myself it doesnt matter if you offer to pay for something if you forgot to give it back, they treat you like you're a piece of garbage you get harassed and bullied constantly whether you're selling or buying they do nothing about the bullies However they will punish you if they decide they don't like you they are kids with too much power the CFO Mark manish whats the matter does not seem to care how his customers /really good sellers are being treated once you are marked by these kids they steal your money and they treat you like garbage like you're a viper. Youre manipulated and forced to spend millions of dollars. Its like gambling only youre bidding on items they allow other sellers like brand authentic/elhusaba to steal from you a young girl named Vickie, who is from the Ukraine on a working visa by the goodness of the United States is stealing from Americans and her boss who owns it. KUBRA allows it, she would call me at all hours of the day out of my job when I was supposed to be working begging me to come into her show to bid on items to help her this was only adding to my addiction which she knew I had and would not leave me alone this is taking advantage of a 63 year-old but Poshmark ignored it and then allowed other people to bully me and they would mute me while I was spending thousands of dollars so I could not talk in the chat!Poshmark allows them to steal and to lie about condition of bags!!
this whole website is a farce the way they treat people is a farce! The people that they let get away with murder is a farce buyer beware seller beware do not go to this website or to a store called brand authentic./el husaba! They do bingo games and get you addicted and give you Garbage Bags and laugh how they keep the good stuff in their store and that the people Online get all the garbage when it was the people Online that helped KUBRA afford a bigger store or a store in the first place shame on her and shame on Poshmark for allowing this you should know how to profile better somebody who spends over $1 million doesnt care about four dollars in a lipstick or a $200 wallet or a $200 or50 $ bag use your brain learn how to profile properly give people a chance to correct a mistake that you view is a major mistake especially an older person who doesnt understand when she was just following with the seller told her to return and has all the conversations and mailed them to you and you ignored them Ive had my name in my face copied five different times on five different accounts and I kept telling them it wasnt me saying horrible things other people shows I kept telling Poshmark hey this isnt me they kept shutting my account down claiming it was me this is the kind of nonsense I had to put up with do you really want to put up with this??
and then when you sell youre put through *** and they make thousands of you they steal 20% and they do nothing but harass you! Steal your money try to be in control of everything and then accuse you of being a *** after theyve taken millions of dollars for you and create an addiction this is no different than gambling people stay away from this app stay away from brand authentic stay away from Vicki shes a dishonest Host and her owner allows her to get away with a working visa advantage of American!!!

My name is IOn 10/17/2024, I purchased a Ralph Lauren Polo Bear Fleece Full-Zip Hoodie. As described by the seller: New men's jacket, size medium, dark blue collar with the polar bear emblem, with the original tag attached. I messaged the seller before purchasing the product and asked, 'IS THE JACKET NEW AND WITH TAGS?', The seller replied, 'YES'. After I received the product within the first 72 hours, I sent a similar message to Posh Mark and didn't receive any feedback to my email address, which I provided.
Im expressing my dissatisfaction with the product: The product's tag is not professionally attached, the tag is hanging on a string, there is a noticeable odor under the armpit areas of the product. There are a few defects on the jacket, which is on the back of the hood, where a yellow string is sticking out and white strings are sticking out on the side of the jacket.
The jacket is too short for a men's medium size as it is advertised, it's more like a junior medium size or perhaps was washed and shrunk. I am requesting a free return and a refund to my credit card, because I am not satisfied with the product which was untruthfully promised and advertised by the seller.

I posted a wedding dress got an immediate response. Please send more pictures to this phone number then it was saying that it was declined.
I got a text message from supposedly POSHMARK SUPPORT. They said that all customers are required to make a deposit of 250 into their account to avoid being scammed so I deposited 250 to a phone number that they sent me.
They said it would be refunded to my account within 10 minutes. It has not been refunded and now the buyer paid 270 and then I get another email saying that I need to deposit 2000 in order for them to release my shipping tag.

The picture I ordered was a Breri watch band in black with gold metal ends. What I got was a brown band with pinkish metal ends.
When I tried calling you and never heard back, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. You responded with a picture of an upside-down Breri picture of a watch band.
Who would ever order from a picture of the back of an upside-down picture not showing what it looks like? Can you help me get this straightened out?

Hi, no I haven’t so this is like really frustrating. This Poshmark was my only income that I was receiving and it sucks that they are discriminating.
I feel really discriminated because I am not selling anything that’s fake on my page 1st.
They said something about initial necklaces with an H and I sent them proof of girls that are selling replicas and they did nothing they didn’t respond and then they were saying that there was multiple accounts which is not true. I only have one account
So they emailed me back, saying that they took off my listings because I hada H necklace and I need to have proof of authenticity I didn’t know that you’re not allowed to have initial necklaces. None of my necklaces have a logo on them or claiming to be of any brand.
They replied saying the the black H necklace is counterfeit and that I need to provide authenticity there is no logo or brand on the necklace I didn’t know that you can’t have initial necklaces
Can you guys reinstate my account and I would like to file an appeal because what you guys are saying is not correct none of my jewelry is claiming to be any brand or any logo of any brand.
Can you guys keep saying that you guys have proof? I want to see the proof because I have proof of the jewelry where I buy it from does not have any local or brand on it.

I had a transaction on Poshmark four weeks prior that went smoothly and was with a very courteous seller. On that basis, I made another purchase of an item that the seller represented in photos, the listing itself, and a comment, to be completely new/unused.
The item arrived and was not only blatantly a used item but was also missing a part. I immediately filed a return request with Poshmark along with the required photos that clearly showed the item was not new and got a response saying they were evaluating my claim and needed more, clearer photos within 48 hours, or they would consider the matter closed. I submitted eight more photos along with an inquiry as to why any more than one would be required if it established that the item, which they allege to guarantee re the listing description, was not as represented. I am still awaiting a response from Poshmark but in the interim have received two offers of partial refunds from the seller, who is now insisting that she will not accept any return.
Poshmark should not be allowing these offers (although I can understand it) and should have responded to the very first refund request with immediate approval. I have a very strong suspicion that their responses are stall tactics designed to simply get buyers to give up. Fortunately, I used PayPal for the purchase and have always had satisfactory resolution through them when a transaction was bad faith or fraudulent.
So I have no doubt of ultimately getting a refund, but I will never recover the time or get compensated for the annoyance that this seller and Poshmark have caused. Stick to the established, reliable sales platforms and avoid Poshmark unless you enjoy conflict.

pic its a picture of leonardo carpio and mark walberg when they were younger UNBELIEVABLE
i even compared to my shoes not even close the inner sole, the leather and the outer sole OMG can't believe it and believing poshmark wont allow selling any fake items

I purchased a pair of Nike sneakers, and when they were delivered to my home, I went to check the mail. I noticed the package in the bin where packages go, but when I went to lift the package, I noticed that the bottom of the package was open.
I continued to open it from the bottom, just to find one sneaker wrapped in wrapping paper, but the other sneaker was not in the box. I contacted the post office, and they had no answer for me. They told me to contact the seller, which I did, but they told me that they sent a pair of sneakers, and the post office stated that the box that the sneakers were in must not have been packaged securely for it to be opened at the bottom. So now I'm in a dilemma because I have not received what I paid for, and I need your help with this situation.
I sent you guys a message already but didn't receive any response.

I am not Letting this company withhold $300 From my account as stated in order to receive payments. I have been through poor customer service with your representative and have waited a long period of time for responses shown as read as to why $300 has to be withhold from my account.
You guys sent me a message saying that my account would be terminated if I did not let you guys withhold $300 so I will be deleting the app and I found something else, thank you.
I am not happy with The $300 contract as I do not have $300 on my card to give to you. Thank you.
