Because is not a good site to shop they don’t offer a good service
When you buy something theres no way to cancel the order even if you make a mistake and customer service not really assist you

Something that I sold does not show payment. My customer is waiting for me to mail it, but I cannot get Customer Service to answer my chats, and I cannot get through on the phone to find out if I've been paid to mail the pink boots order 689-***-*****DDBADB09725CF.
I am appalled at how horrible you are. No Customer Service? What kind of company does not have customer service? The customer is going to think I am bad because I'm not mailing it, but it is horrific that you will not answer me to help me.
See if I've been paid or not.
My bank doesn't have the money, so why would I mail a pair of $90 boots? Meanwhile, the customer thinks I'm terrible when the terrible one is you.
User's recommendation: Use eBay they have human beings that answer questions. Use eBay their Customer Service answers questions never use Poshmark. They are dysfunctional. They are horrible and no one will help you.

The website is not allowing me to make any purchases I was informed to contact customer service
I attempted to make an transaction and it cancelled my subscription, I was very concerned, so I tried again and it cancelled me the second time so I contacted support and they was very helpful in assisting me to clear up this matter, I love shopping off the Poshmark app because they have good deals that I can't find anywhere else

Touched my phone, bought it by accident, please cancel my purchase, please, please, please, please. I don't have any money.

Fraud
I was out of the state for a month and had to order a few things for my return. When I opened the box, the item was nothing like I ordered.
I ordered a king size comforter set in beige for me and my husband. I was sent a queen size fluffy pink comforter set.
Poshmark kept quoting their canned answer of " You have 72 hours to file a claim." They refused to help and sided with the seller, even though I sent the seller and Poshmark pictured showing them what I received. Pictures show what I ordered and what was received.

I want a refund
Hey, I received a bag of Tory Burch. This bag is not authentic; this is a replica of a bag, so I want my money back in my account.

Send packages from Poshmark and I didn’t get my money or either my purse I sold back
I sold a purse Prada brand new and it come with Authenticity card with number they send by email the level and I send it.
After I send it they cancel
I dont have the money and either my purse back to me.
I think this is poshmark responsibility and if I dont get back with a representative I will have to something is not fair.

Since June 30th, I have been trying to get my money back from my post-model account. However, I haven't had a weekend break yet, which is why I wrote to you to resolve my issue.
It's been almost 4 months since I made the transfer to my main account, and the money never arrives. I wanted to know why and how you are going to help me.
