Poshmark - Bad seller, but I lost money
As a Poshmark first-time buyer, I bought two items from two different sellers. The first had a promotional $.99 shipping for a new customer, the second item had the regular $6.49 shipping.
(a lot for a scarf!) The seller of the first item never shipped and never even responded. The second item was shipped fast. I asked that the $.99 shipping be applied to the item that actually shipped and refund the $5.49 to my credit card, but they wouldn't do it. Instead, gave me an online credit that I will never use.
Site has no feedback to leave for sellers so the seller will no doubt waste someone's else's time again. Customer service was pleasant but useless.
Reason of review: Shipping.
Monetary Loss: $549.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Poshmark Cons: Credit instead of refund.
