Poshmark - Absolutely No seller protection or customer service by Posh
I have been a happy , successful posher on Poshmark since April of this year - top seller and I also like to purchase items and support the application and its folks participating until the last two back to back sales whereas unethical, new scammers decided to file a case immediately with Poshmark about purchases from my closet and instead of any supporting documentation from them ( since all of my photos posted etc show clearly it's inaccurate- and it is just a buyer who has decided the shoes didn't fit, no longer wanted the jacket ) blatantly items they were stating that my evidence contradicts. So essentially if you're unethical troll who knows that by immediately opening up cases at Poshmark will result in approvals of your return you can have a field day and no matter how ethical a seller you are nobody (Poshmark- the one taking a huge percentage of each of your sales) do not have your back.
I have sent numerous emails to Poshmark support ( oxymoron that is) I have gotten no response .
I am sure I soon will be banned since I am complaining.... which will be for the best I am sure Mercadi here I come !

Ever since June 2017, Poshmark support does not investigate claims.
Buyers will win and get away with it. Must be losing too much money trying to roll out bad new upgrades that werenโt properly tested prior to being released. Sad to see Poshmark turn into a poor version of eBay.
File with the bbb to light a fire under their behinds.
