Item shipped to wrong recipient

I shipped the wrong item to a customer. I can't get a hold of the customer because they bought it as a guest.

I need my item back because somebody else bought it. I happen to switch the labels by accident. Poshmark is terrible about getting in touch with. I tried to call but the mailbox is full and nobody has helped me with my situation yet.

Since poshmark is taking a percentage of my sales, at least they can do is help me figure this out.

I have no resolution and would like one immediately. The person I shipped to should have received three small brown bowls but instead I gave them a coach wallet that's much more expensive.

Dispute banking

I set up banking information because there was someone interested in purchasing an item I was selling. Next thing I know I have over $400 being taken from my checking account without my permission. At no point did I give permission for this or was even trying to buy something. I have made several attempts to speak with someone and no one has gotten back to me. So now my bank is involved and my next step will be the attorney general. This is the worst company ever. I will make it known to everyone to never deal with this company. I want my money back and I want it back NOW!!!

Poshmark's personal appeal as a pre-owned clothing platform couldn't last. I signed up for the site in the spring of '21, seeing potential to both save and make money using it.

Neither came to be. The last straw was its system arbitrarily locking my acct then customer service (CS) telling me to essentially go fob myself.

The first, and only, anticipated item I acquired was a pair of Nike track pants. Poshmark enticed the buy with free shipping. Disappointingly, the pants never fit; the three-day free return window had closed; but I'd eventually repurpose them into even worse house shorts that I was eventually happy to bin.

That narrative justly sums my overall experience of Poshmark.

In lieu of not having sold articles on the site, I can delve more into issues I faced as a Poshmark consumer. Compared to other C2C platforms such as eBay, the cheap shipping on offer translates into higher list prices by sellers, often unwilling to negotiate. Relegated to the anemic *Poshmark Canada* site, I found myself spending more time lamenting the dearth of selections than seriously contemplating another buy. In the rare instance I found sth.

to lay money on, sellers were usually stoic. One-hundred-twenty bucks offered for a used Timbuk2 rucksack is hard enough to justify as a purchase; when the seller won't budge from his $150 list, there's no deal gonna happen.

A fair respite from Poshmark until this past May on my hunt for specific polo shirts had me reapproach the site. Out of nowhere arrived its system notif.'s informing me I'd no business performing a number of basic actions, including inquiry to sellers re. their wares.

On review I concluded my using keywords and numerals triggered a decidedly sensitive sys. into flagging me as a solicitor of off-platform transactions--def. not the case, given that I'd asked sellers for article measurements. I eagerly lobbied PM Canada's customer service via email and Facebook to reinstate my acct--to no effect.

I then took matters to PM proper (US) through its CS hotline on Twitter where it would follow up same-day via email with this doozy:

*Upon further investigation, it appears that your account was flagged by our system. We have reviewed your account and we will not be moving forward with reinstatement at this time. For more information please visit our Community Guidelines and Prohibited Items Policy[...]*

Of note were the links CS included to a pair of policy pp., neither of which telling what infraction I'd committed among the dozens possible. Thanks for the transparency, PM.

As seen on this consumers' site among others, the threat is existential when dealing with Poshmark.

When sth. goes down, it won't support you. Having faced off with other co.'s questionable policies online, PayPal's come to mind, their CS pulls up to the table to firstly *delineate* the issue at hand then usually offers guidance to a *resolution*.

At Poshmark that kind of logic doesn't happen. Its next-level bad CS sees to that.

UPDATE: 6/16/'23--Immed.'ly following my review posted above, I received the generic confirm. screen from Pissedconsumer wherin it conveniently lists tel.

sup. for the target co. A bit surprisingly my call landed quickly on a placemarker with a human's voice. Then the speaker's recorded declaration of the co.

not providing tel. sup. burst my (small) bubble of optimism.

The recording next kicks the caller to voicemail where–no surprise–it states itself as filled. Yes, you've been warned.

Idk what to do didn't have a Amex card so I sent 250.00 for the activation fee to you guys. You guys said that my account is active now and my reburstment of 250.00 is on my Amex card that I had to pay the fee for that I don't have any info on that card period.

And you my account is active no it's not because someone tried to buy one of my items and it declined him. So plz help with this there people want to buy my stuff but they can't. I had no problem with my first item I sold. Why am I having trouble now.
