Unable To Cancel Order

I placed a order over a week ago and a seller shipped after the 7th day mark. Poshmark website would not let me cancel the order there was no Cancel Order Button under Order Delayed. All of a sudden on a Sunday of all days, Poshmark emails me saying the package has been shipped. I have been trying for days to cancel the order and the website wouldn't let me. I even emailed Poshmark and they told me how to cancel from the website. I tried to prevent it from being shipped

Order issue: Can't find customer that bought my product

A customer that purchased a product of mine is not showing up next to the product on the my posh Mark section of my profile. It says cannot find user. And there is no picture on their posh Mark profile or any information of any kind. This looks like it may be a scam of some kind or at the very least there is a problem and I am weary to sell or ship my product to this person. My posh Mark name is Juliesjewels4u. Please help me resolve this because as of right now I cannot find anything to help me on your website and your support system is very lacking. I want to sell my products but I do not trust your website or the customer
