Hi, my money was not transferred after I made a sale on my first item. It was a pair of vans and I was supposed to receive $16.80.

I did not receive this after I redeemed by money because I put in the wrong bank account number. My end numbers do not end in 1709. So after a few weeks I was wondering why my money was not being transferred and thats when I found out my input banking information was wrong. I emailed support and they told me to call the bank.

The bank told me that Poshmark was supposed to give me my money. The money has already been transferred into a bank account that is not mine. How do I get my money back.

On my other money redemptions Ive entered my correct banking information. I really need help and Im tired of emailing back and forth.

I placed this order on Nov 8th 2023. Once the order was placed I reached out to the seller to see if they could ship this out to me ASAP since I would be leaving on a work trip and wanted to see if they could provide this to me beforehand.

However, without any warning they seller blocked me not even an hour after I sent that message. After this happened, I just waited a few days to see if they would still ship the package.

I then reached out to Poshmark who told me to wait 7 days for the seller to ship the package.

Well then on the 6th day I did receive an email letting me know that the seller has "shipped" the item, but when I clicked on the tracking number provided I just saw this:

" Pre-Shipment

Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item

LOS ANGELES, CA 90013

November 8, 2023, 12:14 pm"

Based on the seller's shipping average time, which is shown on their poshmark to the public, it states that the seller takes 2 days to ship an item, however it has been 8 days and I still have not received the package.

I have since then constantly reached out to poshmark in hopes that they will cancel and provide a refund, but am told to wait for the item since the seller claimed to have shipped the item.

Then the next night, I just went ahead and opened another case to see if someone can help me. Within 5 seconds that case was approved, however now poshmark is requesting that I return the item even though I have not received the item in the first place so I can't return something I never received in the first place.

Additionally, once the seller was notified that I opened up a case, he unblocked me only to tell me to "get over it" and then blocked me again.

Since then I have continuously reached out to poshmark multiple times only to have them either tell me to keep waiting until i receive the item, or just ignore me completely.

I also can't reach out to the seller because they blocked me and are being uncooperative

The buyer shouldn't be able to cancel after the limited amount of time.. And they knew the product was already shipped and told me thank you.. I'm very upset I sent out a $160 diffuser and will probably not get it back and they only had to pay $100 for it.. I'll never use this app again. It is a scam..

I ordered item for $65. They took payment out of my bank but never received any shipping info. All I have is order #. I purchased from Sportaholics on Poshmark on Nov.30. I texted both Poshmark and Sportaholics but absolutely no responses. I need refund to buy item somewhere else for Xmas present. Very disappointed. If I can give minus star I will. The customer service never try to resolve anything unless you publicly post your concerns in their posts as instagram and attracting other consumer.

They don't do anything to scammer who's acting like sellers, when there is problem with shipping which is from their own side. Good luck on trying to get in touch with their customer service, let alone trying to call. No one will pick up and you can't even leave a message. The customer service doesn't give you solution, unless you rally people who lost their times and money, they make promises to calm you down and until this day, after 10 days, I haven't received my paid item, there is no certainty when will they receive it to the warehouse and send it back to me.

They said it can be up to 1 month and they mark the order/ transaction complete. When you make a fuss at their IG platform they dm you that their customer support will take care of it. But supposedly their true customer support don't give you any solution and refuse to answer less than 24 hour during the week and if it's on Friday. Don't even bother.

They won't answer you until Monday or Tuesday. That...

Horrible. Scripted answeres. Very limited communication and they dont even read what you are asking help for, they just arbitrarily give you some unhelpful mambo jumbo. They are really there to serve the customer, just their own selfish interests. I am going to post as many negative things as I can and warn people about their arbitrary policies and decisions with products that are not even theirs. Its a scam

Card is not working

Im a 14-year-old girl named Summer, and I need help with my with my card. To sell some shoes.

Im just starting a Poshmark account and would love to sell my clothes. But I dont have a card yet so Im using my older sisters. Im going to get a job and a card soon. But the problem is my sisters card isnt working.

It says to verify your balance, and when we put it in it doesnt work, some wonderful lady really wanted to buy my shoes but now I cant sell them to her because the email that got sent out is not working with my sisters card. I would love to have a response about my problem soon.

i explained material was suede leather and seller new i do not want if its suede ,she fulled me with the tag it says genuine leather yet is wrong it us absolutly suede it is not regular leather,i like to get a return mail label and return t,and get a refund,your costumer service is horrible they can not understand what they read ,i explaib it 100 times yet they did not solve my problem,i ended up with old ,faded suede material horrible jacket i will newer wear,

Still haven't received my orde ir a reply from Selle and tomorrow March 24th will be 7 days from te date of my purchase and I will cancel my order and never purchase anything from Poshmark again because you guy's don't take care of your customers. You guys give the seller all the time in the world to disappoint the customer.
