Poshmark - No customer service to help you after purchasing a replica item
When I first purchased an item from Postmark, I thought I was purchasing directly from them and not a seller of fake items. I made my purchase and 10 days later, I get a fake.
So, I sent an email to Posh Mark customer service and 4 days later I get a response, saying there is nothing they can do and that I should contact my credit card company and open a dispute. Really? Thats not much of a response.
I will NOT be using Posh Mark again and warn others against doing so as well. This has been a horrible experience from the start and to make this worse, was all the time I wasted in getting my money back from Posh Mark.
Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.
