I have received the bag that I ordered while I was on vacation. When I came back from vacation, I opened the bag and the bag was not as pictured.

The bag was not Crossbody as pictured on the website. I contacted Poshmark immediately and asked if they could contact the seller. The seller contacted me and apologized that they made a mistake and they are willing to take the bag back so I decided to either return the bag or buy it for a lesser price of $850. The Poshmark representative keeps writing me emails that I had to react within three days but I did react within three days when I opened the bag and I did say immediately

that there was a problem.

So I dont understand why Poshmark released my money to a seller and completed the transaction when I specifically said that there was a problem in addition to seller is willing to take the bag back.

It is all in the notes between me, seller and Poshmark that I had a problem after opening the bag within three days of me receiving the back so I I dont understand why Poshmark is continuing to say that I didnt react within three days. Please try to resolve this problem, or I will have to involve my attorney, and then Poshmark will have to pay my attorney fees.

hi there , i recently just opened an INAD case for the total of $1,455.20 (10/06/23) . it was opened within 30 minutes of the items delivery.

poshmark auto closed my return request .

have you had any luck yet ? all i keep getting are generic automated responses .

Hi,

I keep trying to reach out to you guys, Ive sent 3 contact messages, one last week WITH PICTURES, plus two today plus an email. My buyer RUINED a BRAND NEW, without tags pair of 00 Aeropostale jeans.

She first tried to say they werent denim, however, there were ORIGINALLY 2 tags in it, one that said the brand (on the back) and size (just below that though kind of separate tag) and one that said materials and cleaning instructions like most all jeans have, however, in her pics it was CLEARLY CUT OUT, you can see in my pics IT WAS THERE and my description VERY CLEARLY stated they were a stretchy, very soft denim, similar to jeggings but NOT clothe like jeggings. Then you can ALSO see in the buyer pics the jeans are SO STRETCHED to the point the POCKETS ARE ALMOST WRIPPED OUT. I would NEVER sell an item like that! So now Im OUT the $10 plus I would have MADE on those jeans.

NOT TO MENTION, this buyer was SO DISRESPECTFUL she THREW THEM ON THE dirty CEMENT OUTSIDE to take pictures. Though these didnt have the price tags they DID have all other tags when sold and they had NO WEAR as were NEW WITHOUT TAGS. You can tell from my pic on the listing that the pockets ARENT almost ripped out but in her pics they ARE! These jeans HAVENT shown up even though it says delivered but what good does it do me if I get them?

You ALLOWED that HORRIBLE LIAR to RUIN my items and STILL get her money back. Now Im OUT the $10 I dropped the jeans to to give her a deal and this has caused me A TON of emotional upset and stress because I feel betrayed that you could clearly see the damage that WASNT in my pics that SHE did to them and see she even cut tags and threw them on the ground and you DIDNT have my back! Im almost a Posh ambassador and I was so excited but now Im not even sure I want to keep my Poshmark account.

I am hoping you will pay me for the jeans and block this unethical woman from any future sales. I wont sell to her again and I REALLY dont want any of my fellow Poshers to be harmed by this persons lies.

Tried to call since messaging did not elicit an actual response just some computer generated mumbo jumbo, phone call also doesn't work since it's a recording asking to leave a message but after multiple tries all I got was sorry mailbox is full

Complained integral part of equipment was missing. Had to buy the part. Once I received the part tried to activate the Arlo Go camera through Verizon corporate store and camera is refurbished and doesn't work. Seller lied and said it was "new never been used before. She has another one listed on Poshmark right now

I paid 1000$ for a dress that never came. Nobody answers emails or calls. Sons wedding in 4 days. The seller is even trying to help. They took my money. I had email issues. I got scammed. I emailed company 50 times. No help. My husband committed suicide and Im running this wedding with no dress Nobody will help me. Im law enforcement myself and this is horrible. I purchased a purse in a Poshmark auction, on march 17, before the bids started I asked if the Gucci purse had any call outs which means any damages, the lady said NO. Okay bids started and I won the auction for $351 plus shipping and tax =$382.72.

They send me the message that I won the purse with a pic of item that I can see in their closet. I saw a lot call outs inside and outside. So immediately I messaged them to let them know if they can cálcele because I asked before if any call outs, they only responded excuse me.i been sending messages and no answer back.

Today I see my item is on the way. They also had removed the pics from the closet after my complaint was made.

Nobody answered my call, only computer voice available. Not able to use the service MSG box full ! Very disappointing ! I was not able to talk to a customer representative about my issue. Poshmark has a very poor customer service. There is not a human representative to talk to about issues or to solve your problem . Can not get fair customer service

I received an item that I did not order. When I realized the item was coming to me.

I contacted Poshmark and told them when the item was in transit. The seller says I contacted them the day I received the order, which is not true. I contacted them the same day but before the item actually reach me I am unsure how I received this I never ordered it. I never looked at this product until it was received by me.

I never liked it. I never made it a favorite. I am unfamiliar with this brand, and I did not order it, I have not used this product and I do not want it. I certainly would have remembered ordering an item for $438.

If anyone wouldve taken the time and looked at my history on Poshmark, they would see that this is something totally out of the norm for me. I have been a Poshmark customer for many years , and that has not been taken into consideration I have been treated as if I am someone trying to get over on a seller and that is not the case. Poshmark has not assisted me in any way at all. They have been unfair and have not helped me in any way at all.

I do not want this product and I did not order this product. I told Poshmark this before the product even reached me the seller says they messaged me and said it was being shipped and I should have told them then that I did not order it but if I had not ordered it, why would I be looking for a message from anyone about an item being shipped. I am sorely disappointed in Poshmark. I do not understand why Im being treated this way, and why theres no resolution the seller should receive their item back and I should be refunded my money.

I do not understand what is going on. Apparently there is some kind of error somewhere. People are running all kind of scams these days and there are such things as errors. I dont know whats happening, but I need a resolution.

I have reached out several times still to receive no resolution. I have told many friends and family about Poshmark, and how good of a service it is only to find out that they do not believe in good customer, support or fair resolution. No one has even taken into consideration that I may be telling the truth and that there is something that is not right. I do not understand why that has not happened.

Surely if someone looks at the history of my account, they can tell that there is something that does not look right. This seller liked everything on my page and then all of a sudden I buy something from them for $438 does that not sound suspicious?

They everything on my page and then I turn around and buy something from them for $438. That doesnt even make sense or sound right? But no one has taken the time to look into that I do not have that kind of money just to give to someone.

I am a single parent on disability I do not have the means to just give my money away.

Im asking Poshmark to be considerate and fair then take the time to look back into this case I dont understand what the seller would be losing to receive this product back. Mistakes do and will happen and likewise scams do and will happen.

I ordered a scarf from poshmark. I looked for the dimensions of the scarf and the material but could not find.

If this information is on the site, it's not easily found! When I received the scarf it looked like a children's size and I ordered it for a grown man. I am petite and the scarf looks too small for me. A scarf is meant to be warm and this one wouldnt even kind of do that.

The quality looked and felt so thin I was shocked they charged me what they did and thought that it would be acceptable! Don't get me wrong, the picture on it looked good. I'll give credit where credit is due, but this is not a scarf I would buy for a man who has a collection of scarfs that are good quality scarfs. Everything on the site about the item and returns and customer service, is misleading.

A message from the vendor told me "I see that you are new to Postmark. They do not accept returns, and they have all this info from the purchase. You will need to get in touch with Postmark, I can do nothing on this. I too must follow Postmark's platform.

Thanks Carol at middlemistred" so it seems to me, this person just isn't trying to do the return because it says right there she would have to follows poshmarks platform as well shes just not willing to. When I went to send an email or get a hold of someone, they just kept sending me in circles. They sent me an email instructing me to send another email, (but NOT TO THAT EMAIL because it is A NO REPLY EMAIL but they didnt give me an email to send it to) with my order number and username. (Photo included below) I sent an email to support@***.com because that's what they said to do when I called the support number and then I got the same email!

They also say it has to be done in 72 hours but they're making it impossible. So this all seems like a scam to me and the customer service is garbage. I was excited to order from poshmark for the very first time and now will NEVER do it again and I will not recommend. I am so disappointed.

I would like to be contacted but am not sure how to do so. If I could give zero stars I would.

They don't answer complaints,no phone number that works.I sent out maybe 20 messages with no response from them order received on the 9th March approved on the 12th buyer didn't send my items back,PM return per their policy 3 days, but return lable states 2 days to return to seller.So today is the 20th and I still don't have my items back or money released to me.PM states messages return within 24hrs excluding weekends that's a joke they NEVER but once messaged me saying if seller doesn't ship soon money will be released soon but that was 5 days ago.PM is a horrible company and I will pull all my items from them and cancel my account.
