My sale was accepted for $200- I know you take $40- The buyer was supposed to send me $160- Instead sent me $137.15 He originally gave me a 5 star rating and now because of this issue he said Im rude and gave me a 1 star after I wasnt paid for weeks and asked what happened to the $160?

Poshmark refuses to refund my money on a product that was never sent. I even sent them the Poshmark purchase confirmation, and they still refuse my next step is to go to litigation

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It turns out that the email I was sent was from a scammer.

They didn't send it, but it took them a while to figure out that that is what happened and explain to me the situation.

It was horrifying, but they weren't the nightmare. It is the scammer epidemic that seems to be intent on making the internet unsafe.

I just lost you on the chat when we were trying to verify my bank and I'm trying to find you again.
Did you go home for the day?
I'm recovering from being scammed last year so I'm very careful and considerate of the need to go to extreme lengths to keep us all safe.
I'm just so in love with the posh lifestyle and being a posher, that it was terrifying to lose contact with you in the middle of such an important stage of verifying my bank info.
Please contact me again as soon as possible so we can work through whatever is needed to get my account up and running.

I am a new seller and there no way to contact when there is an issue pertaining to sellers concerns or issues. I was scammed out of $1250. There was no way for me to find out how it works selling my items on your platform. I am very upset about this. How do I receive my money back? Im guessing I wont. Very bad.

Poor customer service in response time. Made a purchase thru Poshmark and when the glass item was received by me - it was broken in shipment. I sent in a request to Poshmark for inquiry and resolution - still have not received a response as to the resolution status yet.

First time user of Poshmark. I get a request to contact somebody via text message they reply, saying their payment isnt going through. I should contact an email address@***.com which seems very strange. Id like to report it to Poshmark and find out how I can actually do business with you but theres no way to contact you that doesnt take an act of Congress.

Unable to order. I have provided my ID front & back as requested by Poshmark. Poshmark name is juliannjs. Order I placed for brown jacket was canceled by Poshmark. I don't know what else to provide to prove my identity. You folks keep emailing me you're looking into it, but this has been going on since Aug 23rd.

Needed new barcode never got one. They were REAL a quick to charge me though 13.50 for 3 extra lbs!! Still no barcode. My buyer will have to wait or Ill send her the items with my own money and myself or Poshmark will make nothing but at least I will have a happy customer.
